Anafylaktický šok a patentky

Pred Via­no­ca­mi 2009 sa mi sta­la dosť neprí­jem­ná vec. Viem, že na nie­kto­ré lát­ky môj orga­niz­mus rea­gu­je pri­veľ­kým podráž­de­ním. Mys­lím teraz na bež­ne sa vysky­tu­jú­ce vône v bež­ných kon­cen­trá­ciách. Sko­ro kaž­dé­mu z nás bude vadiť natie­ra­nie akry­lá­to­vý­mi far­ba­mi, prí­pad­ne nadýc­hnu­tie sa nad fľa­šou HCl :-). Z látok a vecí, s kto­rý­mi som ako akva­ris­ta pri­šiel do sty­ku som si vši­mol, že poci­ťu­jem svr­be­nie kože pre­dov­šet­kým na tvá­ri z dro­zo­fíl, grin­da­lu, a to len nie­ke­dy. Pre­jav by som popí­sal ako nie­čo medzi štek­le­ním a svr­be­ním. Po vyvet­ra­ní, prí­pad­ne po odcho­de z miest­nos­ti, kde bol grin­dal, ale­bo dro­zo­fi­ly, svr­be­nie rých­lo pre­sta­lo. Mys­lím si, že to bola reak­cia buď na neja­ké roz­to­če ale­bo ples­ne, kto­ré sa nachá­dza­li v kul­tú­re, ale­bo šlo o neja­kú vôňu, kto­rá mi vadila.

Váž­nej­šie prob­lé­my som mal s mra­ze­ný­mi patent­ka­mi. Najprv vysvet­lím ako kŕmim patent­ka­mi. Nezá­le­ží na tom, či mám blis­tre, ale­bo väč­šie bale­nie paten­tiek. Patent­ky krá­jam (odla­mu­jem) nožom. Je jas­né, že neja­ká časť paten­tiek by skon­či­la buď na kober­ci, ale­bo na kry­com skle, ak by som nemal pod nimi neja­kú tác­ku. Keď dokŕ­mim, nespot­re­bo­va­né patent­ky vlo­žím nas­päť do sáči­ku a tác­ku umy­jem vo vode z akvá­ria. Je zau­jí­ma­vé, že po kon­tak­te rúk s patent­ka­mi ma svr­be­li ruky, ale ove­ľa viac až potom, čo som tác­ku od paten­tiek oplá­chol vo vode. Umy­tie rúk pod tečú­cou vodou z vodo­vo­du pomoh­lo len veľ­mi mier­ne. Myd­lo malo len mier­ny úči­nok. Dosta­toč­ný úči­nok mala až Alpa.

Pred Via­no­ca­mi 2009 som si donie­sol asi 1 kg paten­tiek a 1 kg arté­mie. Tre­ba ešte pove­dať, že pred­tým som ich mal v chlad­nič­ke v Bra­ti­sla­ve, kto­rá sa poka­zi­la. Čiže asi nie­ke­dy v mar­ci 2009 mi pre­sta­la fun­go­vať chlad­nič­ka. Zhru­ba týž­deň som sa ju sna­žil dať do poriad­ku sám. V mraz­nič­ke vte­dy bolo cca 10 kg rôz­nych mra­ze­ných dob­rôt pre ryby. Veľa teku­té­ho odpa­du som vte­dy povy­lie­val z výpar­ní­ka. Po týžd­ni som kúpil novú chlad­nič­ku. Patent­ky a arté­mia, kto­ré som v decem­bri 2009 donie­sol pochá­dza­li prá­ve z tých, kto­ré svoj­ho času tiek­li v zlej chlad­nič­ke. Kŕmil som nimi asi 5 minút, keď som zra­zu začal kýchať. Neký­chol som 2 – 3 krát, ale aspoň 10 krát krát­ko za sebou. Behom ďal­ších pia­tich minút som cítil ako sa mi masív­ne plnia duti­ny. A to ani nie tak v blíz­kos­ti nosa, ako v oko­lí stred­né­ho ucha. Tlak sme­ro­val ako­by po nos, a pre­dov­šet­kým sme­rom von, cez obe uši. Sna­žil som sa dostať to zo seba von, ale čosko­ro som zis­til, že to veľ­mi nepôj­de. Odišiel som do kúpeľ­ne. Len čo som sa posta­vil, pocit tla­ku v hla­ve sa mi výraz­ne zvý­šil. Svr­be­nie som poci­ťo­val na rôz­nych mies­tach hla­vy (vo vla­soch). V zrkad­le som videl, že mi ​“horí” celá hla­va. Očer­ve­nel som asi až 10 cm pod krk. Vte­dy v kúpeľ­ni už reak­cia orga­niz­mu ustá­va­la. Oči som mal krva­vé, duti­ny som mal plné, poma­ly som cítil, že sa mi troš­ku zhor­šu­je dýcha­nie. Dol­né dýcha­cie ces­ty to však neza­siah­lo nija­ko. Asi po 10 minú­tach som vzal Dit­hia­den (anti­his­ta­mi­ni­kum) na zákla­de odpo­rú­ča­nia leká­ra. Pred­tým som neveľ­mi úspeš­ne skú­šal kvap­ky do nosa. Hlav­né prí­zna­ky dozne­li po 20 minú­tach. Avšak cítil som sa fyzic­ky, až kým som nešiel spať, dosť nepríjemne.

Tým­to prís­pev­kom by som chcel upo­zor­niť na to, že aj také­to veci sa môžu pri­ho­diť. Veľ­mi rád by som vedel, na akú zlož­ku, kto­rá sa nachá­dza v patent­kách, som aler­gic­ký. Zau­jí­ma­vé je, že živé patent­ky mi žiad­nu aler­gic­kú reak­ciu nevy­vo­la­li. Do akej mie­ry zavá­ži­lo, že patent­ky boli pred­tým nech­tiac rozm­ra­zo­va­né, zostá­va nezod­po­ve­da­né. S odstu­pom času môžem pove­dať, že odvte­dy som patent­ka­mi už viac­krát kŕmil. Opatr­ne, ale nija­ké kom­pli­ká­cie chva­la­bo­hu nenastali.

Befo­re Chris­tmas 2009, somet­hing quite unp­le­a­sant hap­pe­ned to me. I know that my body reacts with exces­si­ve irri­ta­ti­on to cer­tain sub­stan­ces, espe­cial­ly com­mon scents in nor­mal con­cen­tra­ti­ons. Almost eve­ry­o­ne will be bot­he­red by the smell of acry­lic paints or inha­ling fumes from an HCl bott­le :-). Among the sub­stan­ces and things I came into con­tact with as an aqu­arist, I noti­ced that I expe­rien­ced itching on my face, espe­cial­ly with Dro­sop­hi­la and grin­dal, but only occa­si­onal­ly. I would desc­ri­be the mani­fe­sta­ti­on as somet­hing bet­we­en tin­gling and itching. After ven­ti­la­ting or lea­ving the room whe­re grin­dal or Dro­sop­hi­la were pre­sent, the itching quick­ly stop­ped. I belie­ve it was a reac­ti­on to eit­her mites or molds pre­sent in the cul­tu­re, or it could have been a scent that did­n’t agree with me.

I had more seri­ous prob­lems with fro­zen bri­ne shrimp. First, let me explain how I feed bri­ne shrimp. It does­n’t mat­ter if I have blis­ters or lar­ger pac­ka­ging of bri­ne shrimp. I cut (or bre­ak off) the bri­ne shrimp with a kni­fe. It’s cle­ar that some part of the bri­ne shrimp would end up eit­her on the car­pet or on the tank cover glass if I did­n’t have some tray under them. After fee­ding, I put the unu­sed bri­ne shrimp back into the bag and wash the tray in aqu­arium water. Inte­res­tin­gly, after con­tact with bri­ne shrimp, my hands itched, but much more so after rin­sing the tray from bri­ne shrimp in water. Was­hing hands under run­ning tap water only hel­ped very slight­ly. Soap had only a mild effect. The Alpa soap had a suf­fi­cient effect.

Befo­re Chris­tmas 2009, I brought about 1 kg of bri­ne shrimp and 1 kg of arte­mia. It’s worth men­ti­oning that befo­re, I had them in the ref­ri­ge­ra­tor in Bra­ti­sla­va, which bro­ke down. So, some­ti­me around March 2009, my ref­ri­ge­ra­tor stop­ped wor­king. The­re were about 10 kg of vari­ous fro­zen tre­ats for fish in the fre­e­zer at that time. I spil­led a lot of liqu­id was­te from the eva­po­ra­tor then. After a week, I bought a new ref­ri­ge­ra­tor. The bri­ne shrimp and arte­mia I brought in Decem­ber 2009 came from tho­se that flo­wed in the mal­func­ti­oned ref­ri­ge­ra­tor. I fed them for about 5 minu­tes when sud­den­ly I star­ted to sne­e­ze. I sne­e­zed 2 – 3 times, but at least 10 times in quick suc­ces­si­on. Wit­hin the next five minu­tes, I felt how my sinu­ses were mas­si­ve­ly fil­ling up. Not so much near the nose but around the midd­le ear. The pre­ssu­re see­med to go as if towards the nose and espe­cial­ly out, through both ears. I tried to get it out, but I soon rea­li­zed that it would­n’t go very easi­ly. I went to the bath­ro­om. As soon as I sto­od up, the fee­ling of pre­ssu­re in my head inc­re­a­sed sig­ni­fi­can­tly. I felt itching in vari­ous pla­ces on my head (in my hair). In the mir­ror, I saw that my who­le head was ​“bur­ning.” I tur­ned red about 10 cm below the neck. By then, the body­’s reac­ti­on was sub­si­ding in the bath­ro­om. My eyes were blo­ods­hot, my sinu­ses were full, and I slo­wly felt that my bre­at­hing was get­ting a litt­le wor­se. Howe­ver, it did­n’t affect the lower res­pi­ra­to­ry tract in any way. About 10 minu­tes later, I took Dit­hia­den (anti­his­ta­mi­ne) based on the doc­to­r’s recom­men­da­ti­on. Befo­re that, I had tried nasal drops with litt­le suc­cess. The main symp­toms sub­si­ded after 20 minu­tes. Howe­ver, I felt phy­si­cal­ly quite unp­le­a­sant until I went to bed.

With this post, I would like to draw atten­ti­on to the fact that such things can hap­pen. I would very much like to know which sub­stan­ce found in bri­ne shrimp I am aller­gic to. Inte­res­tin­gly, live bri­ne shrimp did not trig­ger any aller­gic reac­ti­ons. To what extent the fact that bri­ne shrimp were acci­den­tal­ly tha­wed befo­re, remains unan­swe­red. With the pas­sa­ge of time, I can say that sin­ce then, I have fed bri­ne shrimp seve­ral times, care­ful­ly, but for­tu­na­te­ly, no com­pli­ca­ti­ons have occurred.

Fir­ma Aqua World, nemec­ká SERA a čes­ká SERA uspo­ria­da­la 18.11.2007 odbor­ný semi­nár spo­je­ný s pred­náš­kou Hyn­ka Dařbu­já­na. Semi­nár sa konal v pries­to­roch hote­la Kot­va vo Veľ­kom Bie­li. Bol urče­ný maji­te­ľom, vedú­cim pre­daj­ní a per­so­ná­lu ZOO pre­daj­ní s pokro­či­lý­mi skú­se­nos­ťa­mi a zna­los­ťa­mi. Zúčast­ni­lo sa ho pri­bliž­ne 40 – 50 záu­jem­cov. Semi­nár pre­bie­hal cca od 10:00 a kon­čil po 17 hodi­ne. O účast­ní­kov bolo dob­re posta­ra­né, dosta­li sme občerstve­nie, obed, pre­klad z nemči­ny bol zabez­pe­če­ný. Pre­kla­dal Ing. Oldřich Šime­ček z čes­kej SERY a Ing. Ján Kolc z fir­my AQUA WORLD. Z náš­ho klu­bu sme sa zúčast­ni­li tra­ja Pet­ro­via 🙂 – Ben­čú­rik, Neubau­er a ja. Rád by som vám popí­sal zopár infor­má­cií, kto­ré sa mi zda­li uži­toč­né. Pred­ná­ša­jú­ci­mi boli Die­ter Unter­gas­ser – vedec­ký porad­ca spo­loč­nos­ti SERA GmbH a Ing. Hynek Dařbu­ján – odbor­ník na cich­li­dy a mor­skú akva­ris­ti­ku. S tými­to téma­mi a v tom­to pora­dí: Die­ter Unter­gas­ser – Osved­če­né rie­še­nia čas­tých prob­lé­mov vedec­ky pod­lo­že­né, Hynek Dařbu­ján – Ces­ta po jaze­re Tan­ga­ni­ka a novin­ky medzi cich­li­da­mi, Die­ter Unter­gas­ser – Lie­če­nie, vrá­ta­ne nových príp­rav­kov, poskyt­nu­tie vlast­ných skú­se­nos­tí z tes­to­va­nia. Die­ter Unter­gas­ser bol výbor­ne pri­pra­ve­ný, roz­prá­val o širo­kej pale­te výrob­kov, kto­ré SERA pro­du­ku­je, od krmív až po lie­či­vá, výlu­hy a iné príp­rav­ky upra­vu­jú­ce vodu. Pri­znám sa, že som čakal ďale­ko viac chvá­ly na výrob­ky ​“svo­jej” fir­my, ale toho som sa nedoč­kal. Pán Unter­gas­ser mal pri­pra­ve­né aj pomôc­ky, na kto­rých demon­štro­val účin­ky nie­kto­rých výrob­kov na úpra­vu vody – napr. ​“Toxi­ve­cu”. Okrem iné­ho som sa dozve­del, že SERA posky­tu­je naj­kom­plet­nej­šiu sadu krmív pre jed­not­li­vé dru­hy rýb. Zis­til som, že SERA krmi­vá ozna­če­né znač­kou FD sú krmi­vá lyo­fi­li­zo­va­né, čiže suše­né sil­ným mra­zom. Mož­no aj vy pozná­te Aqu­atan. Ja sám ho občas pou­ží­vam, keď pre­ná­šam ryby, a stre­tol som sa s tým aj v nie­kto­rých akva­ris­tic­kých pre­daj­niach. Ryby sú po ňom pokoj­nej­šie. Aqu­atan via­že ťaž­ké kovy, chlór vo vode, chrá­ni pokož­ku rýb, pôso­bí pro­ti stre­su rýb tým že vplý­va na ich ner­vo­vú sústa­vu. Avšak via­ce­rým akva­ris­tom vadil zápach Aqu­ata­nu po vita­mí­ne B. Nový Aqu­atan ten­to zápach už nemá.

Naj­viac ma zau­ja­li šty­ri výrob­ky: Toxi­vec, Phos­vec, Sipo­rax a Pro­ta­zol. Toxi­vec je príp­ra­vok, kto­rý odstra­ňu­je škod­li­vé lát­ky z vody ako napr. amó­nium, dusič­na­ny, chlór, chlo­ra­mín, ťaž­ké kovy, lie­či­vá. Phos­vec je urče­ný na odstrá­ne­nie fos­fá­tov z vody – pre­by­tok fos­fá­tov je prí­či­nou ras­tu rias. Účin­ku­je tak, že vytvo­rí zra­ze­ni­nu (zákal), kto­rý sa odstrá­ni fil­trá­ci­ou. 500 g Phos­vec gra­nu­lá­tu via­že až 12 500 mg fos­fá­tov. Sipo­rax je vyso­ko poréz­ny samo­čis­tia­ci mate­riál vhod­ný do bio­fil­tra ako fil­trač­né médium. Jeden liter sipo­ra­xu poskyt­ne 270 m2 plo­chy pre nit­ri­fi­kač­né bak­té­rie. Sipo­ra­xo­vé val­če­ky sú zo skla, pre­to sú che­mic­ky neut­rál­ne. Pro­ta­zol je príp­ra­vok pro­ti jed­no­bun­ko­vým kož­ným para­zi­tom – napr. pro­ti kru­pič­ke. Účin­ná lát­ka pre­ni­ká bun­ko­vou ste­nou para­zi­ta. Pro­ta­zol vodu nefarbí.

Pred­náš­ka Hyn­ka Dařbu­já­na bola zau­jí­ma­vá a navy­še vtip­ne poda­ná. Pro­stred­níc­tvom nej sme sa pozre­li do sve­ta, kto­rý je od náš­ho veľ­mi vzdia­le­ný, exo­tic­ký. Hynek sa vyjad­ril aj tom, že Tan­ga­ni­ka nie je prá­ve naj­bez­peč­nej­ší regi­ón. Cen­trá obcho­du, prí­sta­vy a asi všet­ko tam nie­len vypa­dá inak ako u nás, ale čas­to je to aj veľ­mi roz­diel­ne od našich pred­stáv. Dar­mo, Tan­ga­ni­ka je iná kul­tú­ra. Hynek spo­me­nul, že by sa rád na toto jaze­ro ešte vrá­til, tak nech mu to vyj­de :-). Semi­nár zakon­čil Unter­gas­ser ško­le­ním o lie­či­vách a cho­ro­bách. Jeho roz­prá­va­nie bolo veľ­mi pod­rob­né. Na Inter­ne­te dokon­ca môže­te pána Unter­gas­se­ra nájsť pod pome­no­va­ním ​„rybí doktor“.

The com­pa­ny Aqua World, Ger­man SERA, and Czech SERA orga­ni­zed a pro­fes­si­onal semi­nar with a lec­tu­re by Hynek Dařbu­ján on Novem­ber 18, 2007. The semi­nar took pla­ce at the Kot­va Hotel in Veľ­ký Biel and was aimed at owners, sto­re mana­gers, and expe­rien­ced ZOO sto­re per­son­nel. App­ro­xi­ma­te­ly 40 – 50 ent­hu­siasts atten­ded the semi­nar, which ran from around 10:00 to 17:00. Par­ti­ci­pants were well taken care of with ref­resh­ments, lunch, and trans­la­ti­on from Ger­man. Trans­la­tors were Ing. Oldřich Šime­ček from Czech SERA and Ing. Ján Kolc from Aqua World. Three mem­bers from our club par­ti­ci­pa­ted – Pet­ro­vá, Neubau­er, and myself.

I would like to sha­re some use­ful infor­ma­ti­on from the semi­nar. The spe­a­kers were Die­ter Unter­gas­ser, a scien­ti­fic advi­sor to SERA GmbH, and Hynek Dařbu­ján, an expert on cich­lids and mari­ne aqu­aris­tics. The topics cove­red by Die­ter Unter­gas­ser inc­lu­ded pro­ven solu­ti­ons to com­mon prob­lems scien­ti­fi­cal­ly sup­por­ted, tre­at­ment, inc­lu­ding new pre­pa­ra­ti­ons, and sha­ring per­so­nal expe­rien­ces from tes­ting. Unter­gas­ser spo­ke exten­si­ve­ly about the ran­ge of pro­ducts SERA pro­du­ces, from feeds to medi­ca­ti­ons, extracts, and other water con­di­ti­oning pro­ducts. He demon­stra­ted the effects of some pro­ducts on water tre­at­ment, such as ​“Toxi­vec.”

Four pro­ducts that caught my atten­ti­on were Toxi­vec, Phos­vec, Sipo­rax, and Pro­ta­zol. Toxi­vec remo­ves harm­ful sub­stan­ces from water, such as ammo­nium, nit­ra­tes, chlo­ri­ne, chlo­ra­mi­ne, hea­vy metals, and medi­ca­ti­ons. Phos­vec is desig­ned to remo­ve phosp­ha­tes from water, which cau­se algae gro­wth. Sipo­rax is a high­ly porous, self-​cleaning mate­rial suitab­le for bio­fil­ters as a fil­tra­ti­on medium. Pro­ta­zol is a pre­pa­ra­ti­on against single-​celled skin para­si­tes, such as vel­vet disease.

Hynek Dařbu­já­n’s lec­tu­re was inte­res­ting and humo­rous­ly pre­sen­ted. Through it, we glim­psed into a world very dif­fe­rent and exo­tic from ours. Hynek men­ti­oned that Tan­ga­ny­i­ka is not the safest regi­on, and he would like to return to this lake. The semi­nar conc­lu­ded with Unter­gas­se­r’s trai­ning on medi­ca­ti­ons and dise­a­ses, pro­vi­ding detai­led infor­ma­ti­on. You can find Mr. Unter­gas­ser on the inter­net under the name ​“fish doctor.”

Fir­ma Aqua World, die deuts­che SERA und die tsche­chis­che SERA verans­tal­te­ten am 18.11.2007 ein Fach­se­mi­nar mit dem Vor­trag von Hynek Dařbu­ján. Das Semi­nar fand im Hotel Kot­va in Vel­ký Biel statt und rich­te­te sich an Besit­zer, Lei­ter von Ges­chäf­ten und Per­so­nal von ZOO-​Geschäften mit fort­gesch­rit­te­nen Erfah­run­gen und Kenn­tnis­sen. Etwa 40 – 50 Inte­res­sen­ten nahmen daran teil. Das Semi­nar lief von etwa 10:00 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr. Die Teil­neh­mer wur­den gut ver­sorgt, erhiel­ten Verpf­le­gung und Mit­ta­ges­sen, und die Über­set­zung aus dem Deuts­chen wur­de sicher­ges­tellt. Die Über­set­zer waren Ing. Oldřich Šime­ček von der tsche­chis­chen SERA und Ing. Ján Kolc von der Fir­ma AQUA WORLD. Drei von unse­rem Klub haben teil­ge­nom­men – Ben­čú­rik, Neubau­er und ich. Ich wür­de Ihnen ger­ne eini­ge Infor­ma­ti­onen mit­te­i­len, die mir nütz­lich ers­chie­nen. Die Refe­ren­ten waren Die­ter Unter­gas­ser – wis­sen­schaft­li­cher Bera­ter der Fir­ma SERA GmbH und Ing. Hynek Dařbu­ján – Exper­te für Bunt­bars­che und Meer­was­se­ra­qu­aris­tik. Mit die­sen The­men und in die­ser Rei­hen­fol­ge: Die­ter Unter­gas­ser – Bewä­hr­te Lösun­gen für häu­fi­ge wis­sen­schaft­lich fun­dier­te Prob­le­me, Hynek Dařbu­ján – Rei­se durch den Tan­gan­ji­ka­see und Neuig­ke­i­ten bei den Bunt­bars­chen, Die­ter Unter­gas­ser – Behand­lung, ein­sch­lie­ßlich neuer Prä­pa­ra­te, Bere­its­tel­lung eige­ner Erfah­run­gen aus Tests. Die­ter Unter­gas­ser war sehr gut vor­be­re­i­tet, sprach über die bre­i­te Palet­te von Pro­duk­ten, die SERA hers­tellt, von Fut­ter­mit­teln bis hin zu Heil­mit­teln, Extrak­ten und ande­ren Was­ser­be­hand­lungs­pro­duk­ten. Ich muss zuge­ben, dass ich viel mehr Lob für die Pro­duk­te mei­ner Fir­ma erwar­tet hat­te, aber das blieb aus. Herr Unter­gas­ser hat­te auch Uten­si­lien vor­be­re­i­tet, anhand derer er die Wir­kung eini­ger Pro­duk­te auf die Was­ser­be­hand­lung demons­trier­te, zum Beis­piel ​“Toxi­vec”. Unter ande­rem habe ich erfah­ren, dass SERA das umfas­send­ste Sor­ti­ment an Fut­ter­mit­teln für vers­chie­de­ne Fis­char­ten anbie­tet. Ich habe fest­ges­tellt, dass mit der Bez­e­ich­nung FD gekenn­ze­ich­ne­te SERA-​Futtermittel lyop­hi­li­siert sind, also durch star­ken Frost get­rock­net. Viel­le­icht ken­nen Sie auch Aqu­atan. Ich selbst benut­ze es manch­mal, wenn ich Fis­che tran­s­por­tie­re, und bin in eini­gen Zoohand­lun­gen darauf ges­to­ßen. Fis­che sind nach der Anwen­dung ruhi­ger. Aqu­atan bin­det Sch­wer­me­tal­le, Chlor im Was­ser, schützt die Haut der Fis­che und wir­kt stress­re­du­zie­rend, indem es auf ihr Ner­ven­sys­tem ein­wir­kt. Aber vie­len Aqu­aria­nern miss­fiel der Geruch von Aqu­atan nach Vita­min B. Der neue Aqu­atan hat die­sen Geruch nicht mehr.

Vier Pro­duk­te haben mich beson­ders inte­res­siert: Toxi­vec, Phos­vec, Sipo­rax und Pro­ta­zol. Toxi­vec ist ein Prä­pa­rat, das schäd­li­che Sub­stan­zen wie Ammo­nium, Nit­ra­te, Chlor, Chlo­ra­min, Sch­wer­me­tal­le und Medi­ka­men­te aus dem Was­ser ent­fernt. Phos­vec ist zur Ent­fer­nung von Phosp­ha­ten aus dem Was­ser bes­timmt – ein Übers­chuss an Phosp­ha­ten ist die Ursa­che für Algen­wachs­tum. Es wir­kt, indem es eine Fäl­lung (Trübung) erze­ugt, die durch Fil­tra­ti­on ent­fernt wird. 500 g Phosvec-​Granulat bin­det bis zu 12.500 mg Phosp­ha­te. Sipo­rax ist ein hoch­po­röses, selb­s­tre­i­ni­gen­des Mate­rial, das als Fil­ter­me­dium in Bio­fil­tern ver­wen­det wird. Ein Liter Sipo­rax bie­tet 270 m² Oberf­lä­che für nit­ri­fi­zie­ren­de Bak­te­rien. Siporax-​Röllchen bes­te­hen aus Glas, sind daher che­misch neut­ral. Pro­ta­zol ist ein Prä­pa­rat gegen ein­zel­li­ge Haut­pa­ra­si­ten – zum Beis­piel gegen die Krät­ze. Der wirk­sa­me Bes­tand­te­il dringt durch die Zel­lwand des Para­si­ten ein. Pro­ta­zol färbt das Was­ser nicht.

Der Vor­trag von Hynek Dařbu­ján war inte­res­sant und außer­dem humor­voll dar­geb­racht. Durch ihn haben wir einen Blick in eine Welt gewor­fen, die sehr weit von unse­rer ent­fernt und exo­tisch ist. Hynek äußer­te auch, dass Tan­gan­ji­ka nicht gera­de die sichers­te Regi­on ist. Zen­tral­mär­kte, Häfen und wahrs­che­in­lich alles dort sehen nicht nur anders als bei uns aus, son­dern oft auch sehr unters­chied­lich von unse­ren Vors­tel­lun­gen. Nun ja, Tan­gan­ji­ka ist eine ande­re Kul­tur. Hynek erwähn­te, dass er ger­ne wie­der an die­sen See zurück­keh­ren wür­de, also möge ihm das gelin­gen :-). Das Semi­nar sch­loss Unter­gas­ser mit einer Schu­lung über Heil­mit­tel und Kran­khe­i­ten ab. Sein Vor­trag war sehr detail­liert. V rám­ci expo­zí­cie som zhlia­dol aj vypre­pa­ro­va­né rôz­ne dru­hy rýb. Nachá­dza sa v srd­ci mes­ta, otvo­re­né bolo v roku 1998, rozp­res­tie­ra sa na plo­che pri­bliž­ne 350 met­rov štvor­co­vých. Hlav­nou atrak­ci­ou je tunel s dĺž­kou 5 met­rov, kto­rý vedie pria­mo cez akvá­ri­um, čím umož­ňu­je náv­štev­ní­kom prejsť pria­mo pod vod­nou hla­di­nou. Ten­to tunel posky­tu­je uni­kát­ny 180-​stupňový pohľad na rôz­no­ro­dý život pod vodou. V akvá­riu náj­de­te širo­kú šká­lu dru­hov rýb a rast­lín, kto­ré sú typic­ké pre tro­pic­ké rie­ky a jaze­rá. Okrem rýb sú tu aj rôz­ne dru­hy slad­ko­vod­ných rast­lín, kto­ré pris­pie­va­jú k pri­ro­dze­né­mu vzhľa­du akvá­ria a vytvá­ra­jú ide­ál­ne pro­stre­die pre jeho oby­va­te­ľov. Obří akvá­ri­um v Hrad­ci Krá­lo­vé nie je len o vizu­ál­nej atrak­cii,. je to aj mies­to, kde sa náv­štev­ní­ci môžu dozve­dieť viac o eko­ló­gii a ochra­ne slad­ko­vod­ných eko­sys­té­mov. Akvá­ri­um pra­vi­del­ne orga­ni­zu­je vzde­lá­va­cie prog­ra­my pre ško­ly a rodi­ny, kto­ré sú zame­ra­né na zvý­še­nie pove­do­mia o význa­me ochra­ny vod­ných zdro­jov a ich oby­va­te­ľov. Jed­nou z ďal­ších zau­jí­ma­vos­tí Obří­ho akvá­ria je tro­pic­ký pra­les, kto­rý je súčas­ťou expo­zí­cie. Ten­to pries­tor s vyso­kou vlh­kos­ťou a tep­lo­tou vytvá­ra auten­tic­kú atmo­sfé­ru daž­ďo­vé­ho pra­le­sa, kde sa náv­štev­ní­ci môžu pre­chá­dzať medzi exo­tic­ký­mi rast­li­na­mi, pop­ri poto­ku a vodopádoch.

In Hra­dec Krá­lo­vé, the­re is a tank with a volu­me of 130,000 liters. It hou­ses vari­ous spe­cies of fish, par­ti­cu­lar­ly Ame­ri­can cich­lids. As part of the exhi­bit, I also saw vari­ous spe­cies of pre­ser­ved fish. The aqu­arium is loca­ted in the heart of the city, was ope­ned in 1998, and covers an area of app­ro­xi­ma­te­ly 350 squ­are meters. The main att­rac­ti­on is a 5‑meter-​long tun­nel that runs direct­ly through the aqu­arium, allo­wing visi­tors to walk right under the water. This tun­nel offers a uni­que 180-​degree view of the diver­se under­wa­ter life. The aqu­arium fea­tu­res a wide varie­ty of fish and plants typi­cal of tro­pi­cal rivers and lakes. Besi­des fish, the­re are also vari­ous types of fres­hwa­ter plants that con­tri­bu­te to the aqu­ariu­m’s natu­ral appe­a­ran­ce and cre­a­te an ide­al envi­ron­ment for its inha­bi­tants. The Giant Aqu­arium in Hra­dec Krá­lo­vé is not just a visu­al att­rac­ti­on; it is also a pla­ce whe­re visi­tors can learn more about the eco­lo­gy and con­ser­va­ti­on of fres­hwa­ter eco­sys­tems. The aqu­arium regu­lar­ly orga­ni­zes edu­ca­ti­onal prog­rams for scho­ols and fami­lies, aimed at rai­sing awa­re­ness about the impor­tan­ce of pro­tec­ting water resour­ces and the­ir inha­bi­tants. Anot­her inte­res­ting fea­tu­re of the Giant Aqu­arium is the tro­pi­cal rain­fo­rest, which is part of the exhi­bit. This spa­ce, with high humi­di­ty and tem­pe­ra­tu­re, cre­a­tes an aut­hen­tic atmo­sp­he­re of a rain­fo­rest, whe­re visi­tors can walk among exo­tic plants, along stre­ams and waterfalls.

W ramach wys­ta­wy widzia­łem także różne gatun­ki spre­pa­ro­wa­nych ryb. Znaj­du­je się w samym ser­cu mias­ta, został otwar­ty w 1998 roku i roz­ci­ąga się na powierzch­ni oko­ło 350 met­rów kwad­ra­to­wych. Głó­wną atrakc­ją jest tunel o dłu­go­ści 5 met­rów, któ­ry pro­wa­dzi bez­po­śred­nio przez akwa­rium, umo­żli­wia­jąc zwie­dza­jącym prze­jście bez­po­śred­nio pod powierzch­nią wody. Tunel ten ofe­ru­je uni­kal­ny, 180-​stopniowy widok na różno­rod­ne życie pod wodą. W akwa­rium można zna­le­źć sze­ro­ką gamę gatun­ków ryb i roślin typo­wych dla tro­pi­kal­nych rzek i jezi­or. Oprócz ryb znaj­du­ją się tu również różne gatun­ki roślin słod­ko­wod­nych, któ­re przyc­zy­nia­ją się do natu­ral­ne­go wyg­lądu akwa­rium i twor­zą ide­al­ne śro­do­wis­ko dla jego miesz­ka­ńców. Gigan­tycz­ne Akwa­rium w Hrad­cu Krá­lo­vé to nie tyl­ko atrakc­ja wizu­al­na; to także miejs­ce, gdzie odwie­dza­jący mogą dowie­dzieć się więcej o eko­lo­gii i ochro­nie eko­sys­te­mów słod­ko­wod­nych. Rizlaci bola dobrá akvaristika v Banskej Bystrici

Pre­čo sa akva­ris­ti­ka volá RIZLACI? Nuž pre­to, lebo sa s man­žel­kou jej maji­teľ doho­dol, že názov pre­daj­ne bude zlo­že­ný z mena Richard, jej mena Zla­ti­ca a ich spo­loč­né­ho priez­vis­ka Cirák. Akva­ris­ti­ka sa nachá­dza v Ban­skej Bys­tri­ci na nám. SNP č. 20. Vchod do pre­daj­ne je z Lazov­nej uli­ce, čo je od námes­tia asi 60 met­rov. Pre­daj­ňa má len krát­ku his­tó­riu, brá­ny otvo­ri­la po prvý­krát 6. novem­bra 2006 a má roz­lo­hu 89 m2. Je orien­to­va­ná hlav­ne na pre­daj akvá­ri­ových rybi­čiek a pre­daj rast­li­niek do akvá­rií. Je to Rišov koní­ček, kto­ré­mu sa s men­ším pre­stáv­ka­mi venu­je tak­mer 30 rokov. V akvá­riách sa nachá­dza veľ­mi širo­ký výber rybi­čiek z celé­ho sve­ta. V tej­to pre­daj­ni sa v posled­nom obdo­bí kona­jú aj tzv. ​„akvas­tret­ká“, na kto­rých sa stre­tá­va­jú skú­se­ní ale aj menej skú­se­ní akva­ris­ti, kto­rí sa vzá­jom­ne dopĺňa­jú o skú­se­nos­ti z oblas­ti akvaristiky.

V naj­väč­šej miest­nos­ti, sa nachá­dza pre­daj­ný pult, na kto­rom sú umiest­ne­né rôz­ne dru­hy gra­nu­lo­va­né­ho, vloč­ko­vé­ho a mra­ze­né­ho krmi­va v roz­vá­že­nom sta­ve, ale aj v ori­gi­nál­nom bale­ní, terá­riá s rôz­ny­mi druh­mi hadov a iných terá­ri­ových zvie­rat. Ponu­ka krmív je pes­trá, náj­du sa tu naj­mä výrob­ky firiem TROPICAL, SAK, DAJANA. Mra­ze­né krmi­vá sú zastú­pe­né v plnej zosta­ve. Veľ­mi klad­ne hod­no­tím, že Richard máva v ponu­ke aj živú potra­vu – koret­ru, patent­ku a niten­ky. V pre­sk­le­nej čas­ti pre­daj­né­ho pul­tu sú rôz­ne pochúť­ky pre psov a mač­ky, ako aj potre­by pre akva­ris­tov a tera­ris­tov. Za pre­daj­ným pul­tom sa nachá­dza­jú tri väč­šie kovo­vé sto­ja­ny, na kto­rých sú umiest­ne­né rôz­ne dru­hy fil­trov do akvá­rií, vzdu­cho­va­cie motor­če­ky, ohrie­va­če, kore­ne a kame­ne ako aj kera­mi­ky slú­žia­ce na deko­rá­ciu do akvá­rií. Okrem iné­ho aj potre­by pre cho­va­te­ľov terá­ri­ových zvie­rat, hlo­dav­cov, vtá­kov a v nepo­sled­nom rade aj pre cho­va­te­ľov psov a mačiek. V tej­to miest­nos­ti, v ľavej čas­ti sa nachá­dza­jú kovo­vé sto­ja­ny na kto­rých je cel­kom umiest­ne­ných 50 akvá­rií, pri­čom naj­väč­šie má objem 550 lit­rov. V stre­de miest­nos­ti sa nachá­dza aj anti­ko­ro­vá tzv. ​„vaňa“, kto­rá má objem do 1000 lit­rov a v nej spo­koj­ne plá­va­jú rôz­ne fareb­né dru­hy kara­sov a koi kap­rov ako aj jese­te­rov, urče­ných hlav­ne do von­kaj­ších záh­rad­ných jazie­rok. V dru­hej miest­nos­ti sa nachá­dza­jú rôz­ne dru­hy terá­rií a akvá­rií a klie­tok. V tej­to miest­nos­ti sú aj terá­riá s väč­ší­mi druh­mi pla­zov a kliet­ky s rôz­ny­mi druh­mi okras­ných vtá­kov. Ponu­ku rast­lín tvo­rí pre­važ­ne ponu­ka Aqua-​DAHO v emerz­nej aj v sub­merz­nej for­me. Obľú­be­né sú naj­mä dru­hy rodov Anu­bias, Cryp­to­co­ry­ne a Cri­num. Lie­či­vá v akva­ris­ti­ke sú naj­mä od fir­my SERA.

Riša ryby bavia a je to vidieť aj v jeho pre­daj­ni. V nádr­žiach sa nachá­dza veľ­ké množ­stvo dru­hov rýb, z kto­rých via­ce­ré nepat­ria do bež­né­ho sor­ti­men­tu v cho­va­teľ­ských obcho­doch. Riša som poznal ešte pred­tým, ako si ​“spra­vil” Akva­ris­ti­ku a poznal som ho ako nad­šen­ca, kto­rý vte­dy pre seba aktív­ne sám zhá­ňal ryby od výmys­lu sve­ta. Prav­de­po­dob­ne tomu zostal ver­ný, pre­to­že v jeho obcho­de vždy náj­de­te zau­jí­ma­vé kús­ky aj pre ostrie­ľa­né­ho cho­va­te­ľa. Je ško­da, že pre­daj­ňa spre­du nepô­so­bí prí­ve­ti­vo. Fasá­da mest­skej ste­ny je ošar­pa­ná a doslo­va ška­re­dá. Ďal­šou vecou, kto­rá by sa hodi­la ku nádr­žiam je poza­die, keď­že akvá­ria v sto­ja­noch sú bez neho. Lep­šie by vynik­li ryby aj rast­li­ny a celé by to zís­ka­lo kom­pakt­nosť. V čase mojej nedáv­nej náv­šte­vy EXOTIC Show v Ban­skej Bys­tri­ci som zis­til, že Richard dal za akvá­ria poza­dia. V akva­ris­ti­ke RIZLACI sú vždy, keď som tam, ryby oči­vid­ne v poriad­ku. Akva­ris­ti­ka RIZLACI je pre mňa veľ­mi zau­jí­ma­vá. Nie je to typic­ká uhla­de­ná pre­daj­ňa, pre­mys­le­ná do detai­lov, ale je to die­lo, kto­ré sa sta­via za pocho­du. Zanie­te­ný akva­ris­ta by si mal do nej ces­tu nájsť a verím tomu, že vďa­ka zau­jí­ma­vým rybám vo výbor­nom sta­ve a prí­stu­pu per­so­ná­lu, sa tam aj čas­to vráti.

Akva­ris­ti­ka bohu­žiaľ medzi­ča­som skon­či­la, avšak tí kto­rí ju zosob­ňo­va­li sú stá­le fajn.

The name ​“RIZLACI” for the aqu­arium shop in Ban­ská Bys­tri­ca has an inte­res­ting ori­gin. It is a com­bi­na­ti­on of the names Richard and Zla­ti­ca, the owners of the shop, and the­ir sha­red sur­na­me, Cirák. Loca­ted at SNP Squ­are No. 20 in Ban­ská Bys­tri­ca, the entran­ce to the shop is from Lazov­ná Stre­et, app­ro­xi­ma­te­ly 60 meters from the squ­are. Des­pi­te its short his­to­ry, as it first ope­ned its doors on Novem­ber 6, 2006, the shop has made a mark with its area of 89 m², pri­ma­ri­ly focu­sing on the sale of aqu­arium fish and aqu­atic plants.

Richard, the owner, has been invol­ved in this hob­by for almost 30 years, dedi­ca­ting him­self to it with occa­si­onal bre­aks. The shop offers a wide selec­ti­on of fish from around the world. In recent times, the shop has also been hos­ting ​“akva­streks,” whe­re expe­rien­ced and less expe­rien­ced aqu­arists come toget­her to sha­re the­ir kno­wled­ge and expe­rien­ces in the field of aquatics.

The main room fea­tu­res a sales coun­ter disp­la­y­ing vari­ous types of gra­nu­la­ted, fla­ke, and fro­zen fish food, both in bulk and ori­gi­nal pac­ka­ging. Addi­ti­onal­ly, ter­ra­riums with dif­fe­rent spe­cies of sna­kes and other ter­ra­rium ani­mals are sho­wca­sed. The diver­se food selec­ti­on inc­lu­des pro­ducts from repu­tab­le brands such as TROPICAL, SAK, and DAJANA. Fro­zen foods are also avai­lab­le in full supp­ly. Notab­ly, the shop offers live food such as worms, bri­ne shrimp, and daph­nia. A glass sec­ti­on of the sales coun­ter disp­la­ys tre­ats for dogs and cats, as well as supp­lies for aqu­arists and ter­ra­rists. Behind the coun­ter are three lar­ger metal stands hol­ding vari­ous aqu­arium fil­ters, air pumps, hea­ters, roots, sto­nes, and cera­mics for aqu­arium deco­ra­ti­on. The shop also caters to the needs of repti­le, rodent, bird, dog, and cat enthusiasts.

In the left part of the room, metal stands with 50 aqu­ariums, the lar­gest having a volu­me of 550 liters, are neat­ly arran­ged. Addi­ti­onal­ly, the­re is an anti­cor­ro­si­ve ​“tub” with a capa­ci­ty of up to 1000 liters, hou­sing vari­ous color­ful spe­cies of carp, koi carp, stur­ge­ons, main­ly inten­ded for out­do­or gar­den ponds. The second room hou­ses dif­fe­rent types of ter­ra­riums, aqu­ariums, and bird­ca­ges, along with lar­ger ter­ra­ria con­tai­ning vari­ous repti­les and cages hou­sing dif­fe­rent spe­cies of orna­men­tal birds. The plant selec­ti­on main­ly con­sists of offe­rings from Aqua-​DAHO, both in emer­sed and sub­mer­sed forms. Popu­lar spe­cies inc­lu­de Anu­bias, Cryp­to­co­ry­ne, and Cri­num. Medi­ca­ti­ons in aqu­aris­tics are pri­ma­ri­ly from the SERA company.

Richar­d’s ent­hu­siasm for fish is evi­dent, and it is ref­lec­ted in his shop. The tanks are stoc­ked with a wide varie­ty of fish, inc­lu­ding some not com­mon­ly found in typi­cal pet sto­res. Richard was kno­wn to me even befo­re he estab­lis­hed ​“Akva­ris­ti­ka RIZLACI.” I knew him as an ent­hu­siast who acti­ve­ly sought fish from all cor­ners of the world. He seems to have remai­ned true to this pas­si­on becau­se his shop alwa­ys offers inte­res­ting finds for both sea­so­ned and novi­ce hobbyists.

It’s unfor­tu­na­te that the sto­ref­ront does­n’t exu­de a wel­co­ming vibe. The faca­de against the city wall is worn and frank­ly unatt­rac­ti­ve. Anot­her impro­ve­ment that would enhan­ce the tanks is a backg­round, as the aqu­ariums in the stands are cur­ren­tly wit­hout one. This addi­ti­on would make the fish and plants stand out, giving the enti­re setup a more cohe­si­ve appearance.

During my recent visit to the EXOTIC Show in Ban­ská Bys­tri­ca, I noti­ced that Richard had added backg­rounds to the aqu­ariums. The fish are visib­ly in good con­di­ti­on whe­ne­ver I visit RIZLACI. Akva­ris­ti­ka RIZLACI is fas­ci­na­ting to me. It’s not the typi­cal polis­hed sto­re meti­cu­lous­ly plan­ned to the last detail but rat­her a work in prog­ress. An ent­hu­sias­tic aqu­arist should find the­ir way the­re, and I belie­ve that thanks to the inte­res­ting and healt­hy fish and the staf­f’s app­ro­ach, they will return frequently.

Unfor­tu­na­te­ly, Akva­ris­ti­ka has ended in the mean­ti­me, but tho­se who embo­died it are still great.
