Len 100 met­rov od Alber­ti­ny, 200 met­rov od Štát­nej ope­ry sa nachá­dza tro­pic­ká oáza poko­ja a rela­xá­cie – motý­lí dom. Nachá­dza sa tu asi 500 voľ­ne žijú­cich motý­ľov po celý rok (sch​met​ter​lin​ghaus​.at), oko­lo 40 dru­hov, pôvod­ne z Kos­ta­ri­ky, Suri­na­mu, Thaj­ska, Fili­pín. Tep­lo­ta je udr­žia­va­ná na 26 °C, vlh­kosť vzdu­chu 80 % (sch​met​ter​lin​ghaus​.at). Atrak­tív­ne sú exo­tic­ké rast­li­ny, kto­ré sa vybe­ra­jú pod­ľa potrieb motý­ľov. Kvit­nú­ce rast­li­ny pro­du­ku­jú nek­tár, kto­rý je hlav­ným zdro­jom potra­vy motý­ľov. Okrem toho sú motý­ľom posky­to­va­né ovoc­né šťa­vy a med (sch​met​ter​lin​ghaus​.at). Súčas­ťou expo­zí­cie je aj vodo­pád s jazier­kom. Vyhliad­ko­vá tra­sa vedie aj cez vyvrá­te­ný strom či jas­ky­ňou za vodo­pá­dom (moje​ra​kus​ko​.sk).

It is home to around 500 free-​flying but­terf­lies year-​round (sch​met​ter​lin​ghaus​.at), with about 40 spe­cies ori­gi­na­ting from Cos­ta Rica, Suri­na­me, Thai­land, and the Phi­lip­pi­nes. The tem­pe­ra­tu­re is main­tai­ned at 26 °C with 80% humi­di­ty (sch​met​ter​lin​ghaus​.at). Exo­tic plants, cho­sen accor­ding to the needs of the but­terf­lies, are a major att­rac­ti­on. Flo­we­ring plants pro­du­ce nec­tar, the main food sour­ce for but­terf­lies. Addi­ti­onal­ly, fru­it juices and honey are pro­vi­ded for the but­terf­lies (sch​met​ter​lin​ghaus​.at). The exhi­bi­ti­on also inc­lu­des a water­fall with a pond. The vie­wing path leads through a fal­len tree and a cave behind the water­fall (moje​ra​kus​ko​.sk).

Die Tem­pe­ra­tur wird auf 26 °C und die Luft­fe­uch­tig­ke­it auf 80% gehal­ten (sch​met​ter​lin​ghaus​.at). Exo­tis­che Pflan­zen, die nach den Bedürf­nis­sen der Sch­met­ter­lin­ge aus­ge­wä­hlt wur­den, sind beson­ders att­rak­tiv. Blühen­de Pflan­zen pro­du­zie­ren Nek­tar, die Haupt­nah­rung­squ­el­le der Sch­met­ter­lin­ge. Zusätz­lich wer­den den Sch­met­ter­lin­gen Frucht­säf­te und Honig ange­bo­ten (sch​met​ter​lin​ghaus​.at). Die Auss­tel­lung umfasst auch einen Was­ser­fall mit einem Teich. Der Rund­gang führt auch über einen umges­türz­ten Baum und durch eine Höh­le hin­ter dem Was­ser­fall (moje​ra​kus​ko​.sk).
