V roku 2011 sa ČSOB Marat­hon konal 25.- 27.3.2011 v Bra­ti­sla­ve. Súčas­ťou sprie­vod­né­ho prog­ra­mu bola aj Tor­to­vá voj­na. Mode­rá­tor, aj oko­lo­sto­ja­ci divá­ci mali tro­chu prob­lé­my, aby neschy­ta­li aj oni. Dec­ká si navliek­li pršip­láš­te a rôz­ne ochra­ny tela a pomer­ne živel­ne sa zača­li oha­dzo­vať ešte pred pove­lom mode­rá­to­ra. Ako to dopad­lo, môže­te vidieť na foto­gra­fiách. Tor­ti­čiek na ten­to účel bolo vyčle­ne­ných dosť.

In 2011, the ČSOB Marat­hon took pla­ce from the 25th to the 27th of March in Bra­ti­sla­va. As part of the accom­pa­ny­ing prog­ram, the­re was also a Cake War. The host and near­by spec­ta­tors had a bit of troub­le avo­iding get­ting hit. Chil­dren put on rain­co­ats and vari­ous body pro­tec­ti­ons, and they ener­ge­ti­cal­ly star­ted thro­wing cakes even befo­re the mode­ra­to­r’s com­mand. You can see the out­co­me in the pho­tog­raphs. The­re were quite a few cakes allo­ca­ted for this purpose.

V roku 2011 sa ČSOB Marat­hon konal 25.- 27.3.2011. Pred ním a počas neho sa v are­áli Euro­vea kona­lo množ­stvo iných podu­ja­tí, dalo sa zaba­viť rôz­nym spôsobom.

In 2011, the ČSOB Marat­hon took pla­ce from the 25th to the 27th of March. Befo­re and during the marat­hon, nume­rous other events were held in the Euro­vea area, pro­vi­ding vari­ous enter­tain­ment options.

Sheraton Beh čašníkov

25.3.2011 sa konal v súvis­los­ti s ČSOB Marat­ho­nom beh čaš­ní­kov. V Bra­ti­sla­ve, pred Euro­ve­ou. Bolo to výraz­ne viac o zába­ve ako o špor­te a bolo to na môj vkus tro­chu bez šťa­vy. Pre­dov­šet­kým účast­ní­kov bolo málo a ich prí­stup bol zväč­ša čis­to ama­tér­sky. Výzvy mode­rá­to­ra podu­ja­tia do oko­li­tých reštau­rá­cií na účasť a ver­bo­va­nie medzi divák­mi tes­ne pred štar­tom podu­ja­tia boli pre mňa sil­ná káva. Prí­stup ​“ofi­ciál­nych” foto­gra­fov, kto­rí sa cpa­li, aby nafo­ti­li asi neja­ké uni­kát­ne foto­gra­fie sú tiež mimo môj­ho vku­su, navy­še ich bolo ako hadov. Navy­še viac­ná­sob­né pokri­ko­va­nie Sla­va Jur­ka ako mode­rá­to­ra na súťa­žia­ce­ho, že mu pada­jú gate mi priš­lo úbo­hé. Kto­vie, pre nie­ko­ho je to asi veľ­ká prča.

Pre účast­ní­kov bola pri­pra­ve­ná pre­káž­ko­vá trať, s tým, že sa súťa­ži­lo v pároch. Pri­pra­vil sa mie­ša­ný nápoj a s ním bolo tre­ba prejsť pre­káž­ky a potom nájsť nie­ko­ho ďal­šie­ho, aby pri­pra­ve­ný nápoj vypil. Vypi­tie bol tro­chu chu­ťo­vý prob­lém, pre­to­že veľ­ká sna­ha a tlak zaprí­či­nil, že nápo­je boli tro­chu prí­kre :-). Kaž­do­pád­ne nie­čo som nafo­til a som s tým cel­kom spokojný.

On the 25th of March 2011, a wai­ter race took pla­ce in con­nec­ti­on with the ČSOB Marat­hon. It hap­pe­ned in Bra­ti­sla­va, in front of Euro­vea. It was much more about enter­tain­ment than sports, and, for my tas­te, it lac­ked a bit of exci­te­ment. Abo­ve all, the­re were few par­ti­ci­pants, and the­ir app­ro­ach was most­ly pure­ly ama­te­urish. The chal­len­ges from the even­t’s host to near­by res­tau­rants for par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on and rec­ru­iting among the audien­ce just befo­re the start of the event were a bit too much for me. The app­ro­ach of the ​“offi­cial” pho­tog­rap­hers, who were pus­hing to take some uni­que pho­tos, was also not to my liking, espe­cial­ly sin­ce the­re were so many of them. Furt­her­mo­re, the repe­a­ted shou­ting of Sla­va Jur­ka, the host, at the con­tes­tants about the­ir fal­ling pants see­med poor to me. Per­haps, for some, it’s a big laugh.

A chal­len­ging obstac­le cour­se was pre­pa­red for the par­ti­ci­pants, with the com­pe­ti­ti­on taking pla­ce in pairs. A mixed drink was pre­pa­red, and the task was to navi­ga­te the obstac­les with the drink and then find some­one else to drink the pre­pa­red beve­ra­ge. Drin­king posed a bit of a tas­te prob­lem becau­se the gre­at effort and pre­ssu­re made the drinks a bit inten­se :-). Nevert­he­less, I took some pho­tos, and I’m quite satis­fied with them.

Engelhartstetten – krajina v tesnej blízkosti Bratislavy

Engel­harts­tet­ten je obec Dol­né­ho Rakús­ka, neďa­le­ko od Bra­ti­sla­vy (Wiki­pe­dia). Leží v naj­niž­šie polo­že­nom mies­te Morav­ské­ho poľa. Naprieč ním pre­te­ka­jú poto­ky Rußbach a Stemp­fel­bach (Wiki­pe­dia CZ). Slo­ven­ský názov je Potur­no. Žije tu 1909 oby­va­te­ľov. Leží v nad­mor­skej výš­ke 143 met­rov nad morom. Nachá­dza­jú sa tu zám­ky Hof a Nie­der­we­i­den. S Bra­ti­sla­vou ju spá­ja Cyk­lo­most Slo­bo­dy (Wiki­pe­dia). Delí sa na via­ce­ro kata­strál­nych úze­mí: Engel­harts­tet­ten, Gro­ißenb­runn, Loimers­dorf, Mar­kt­hof, Stop­fen­re­uth. V obci Engel­harts­tet­ten je via­ce­ro koló­nií Char­vá­tov. V kata­strál­nom úze­mí Loimers­dorf žila ešte v polo­vi­ci 20. sto­ro­čia sil­ná sku­pi­na oby­va­te­ľov chor­vát­ské­ho pôvo­du. Aj dnes sú bež­né chor­vát­ske priez­vis­ká (Wiki­pe­dia CZ).

Engel­harts­tet­ten pat­rí do okre­su Gän­sern­dorf. Obec leží blíz­ko hra­níc s Maďar­skom a Slovenskom.

Engel­harts­tet­ten is a muni­ci­pa­li­ty in Lower Aus­tria, near Bra­ti­sla­va (Wiki­pe­dia). It is situ­ated in the lowest part of the Mora­vian Field. The stre­ams Rußbach and Stemp­fel­bach run through it (Wiki­pe­dia CZ). The Slo­vak name for the vil­la­ge is Potur­no. It has a popu­la­ti­on of 1,909 resi­dents and is loca­ted at an ele­va­ti­on of 143 meters abo­ve sea level. The cast­les Hof and Nie­der­we­i­den are situ­ated in the area. The Cyc­le Brid­ge of Fre­e­dom con­nects Engel­harts­tet­ten with Bra­ti­sla­va (Wiki­pe­dia). The muni­ci­pa­li­ty is divi­ded into seve­ral cadas­tral ter­ri­to­ries: Engel­harts­tet­ten, Gro­ißenb­runn, Loimers­dorf, Mar­kt­hof, Stop­fen­re­uth. In the vil­la­ge of Engel­harts­tet­ten, the­re are seve­ral colo­nies of Char­vát (Cro­atian) fami­lies. In the cadas­tral ter­ri­to­ry of Loimers­dorf, the­re was a strong group of resi­dents of Cro­atian ori­gin in the mid-​20th cen­tu­ry. Even today, Cro­atian sur­na­mes are com­mon (Wiki­pe­dia CZ).

Engel­harts­tet­ten belo­ngs to the dis­trict of Gän­sern­dorf. The vil­la­ge is situ­ated near the bor­ders with Hun­ga­ry and Slovakia.

Engel­harts­tet­ten ist eine Geme­in­de in Nie­de­rös­ter­re­ich, in der Nähe von Bra­ti­sla­va (Wiki­pe­dia). Sie liegt im nied­rigs­ten Teil des March­felds. Die Bäche Rußbach und Stemp­fel­bach dur­ch­zie­hen das Gebiet (Wiki­pe­dia CZ). Der slo­wa­kis­che Name des Dor­fes lau­tet Potur­no. Es hat eine Bevöl­ke­rung von 1.909 Ein­woh­nern und liegt auf einer Höhe von 143 Metern über dem Mee­ress­pie­gel. Die Sch­lös­ser Hof und Nie­der­we­i­den befin­den sich in der Umge­bung. Die Radb­rüc­ke der Fre­i­he­it ver­bin­det Engel­harts­tet­ten mit Bra­ti­sla­va (Wiki­pe­dia). Die Geme­in­de ist in meh­re­re Kata­stral­ge­me­in­den unter­te­ilt: Engel­harts­tet­ten, Gro­ißenb­runn, Loimers­dorf, Mar­kt­hof, Stop­fen­re­uth. Im Dorf Engel­harts­tet­ten gibt es meh­re­re Kolo­nien kro­atis­cher Fami­lien mit dem Nach­na­men Char­vát. Im Kata­stral­ge­biet Loimers­dorf gab es Mit­te des 20. Jahr­hun­derts eine star­ke Grup­pe von Bewoh­nern kro­atis­cher Her­kunft. Auch heute sind kro­atis­che Nach­na­men üblich (Wiki­pe­dia CZ).

Engel­harts­tet­ten gehört zum Bez­irk Gän­sern­dorf. Das Dorf liegt in der Nähe der Gren­zen zu Ungarn und der Slowakei.

Sli­má­ky majú pomer­ne výraz­ný vplyv na eko­sys­tém. Pat­ria medzi mäk­ký­še – Gas­tro­po­da a sú roz­ší­re­né po celom sve­te. Obý­va­jú rôz­ne pro­stre­dia od záh­rad po lesy a vod­né eko­sys­té­my. Sli­má­ky majú jed­no­du­ché telo, kto­ré tvo­rí sval­na­tá noha a schrán­ka – uli­ta. V prí­pa­de sliz­nia­kov uli­ta chý­ba. Nie­kto­ré sú her­maf­ro­di­ty, čiže dis­po­nu­jú obo­ma pohlav­ný­mi orgán­mi. Iné majú odde­le­né pohlav­né role. Sú byli­nož­ra­vé, živia sa aj roz­kla­da­jú­ci­mi rast­li­na­mi. V úst­nom otvo­re majú radu­lu – drs­ný jazyk. Nie­kto­ré dru­hy sú využí­va­né v medi­cí­ne, ich sliz má lie­čeb­né účinky.

Snails have a rela­ti­ve­ly sig­ni­fi­cant impact on the eco­sys­tem. They belo­ng to the mol­lusk class Gas­tro­po­da and are dis­tri­bu­ted worl­dwi­de. They inha­bit vari­ous envi­ron­ments, from gar­dens to forests and aqu­atic eco­sys­tems. Snails have a sim­ple body con­sis­ting of a mus­cu­lar foot and a shell. In the case of slugs, the shell is absent. Some are her­maph­ro­di­tes, posses­sing both male and fema­le repro­duc­ti­ve organs, whi­le others have sepa­ra­te gen­der roles. They are her­bi­vo­res, fee­ding on plants and also decom­po­sing plant mat­ter. They have a radu­la, a rough ton­gue, in the­ir oral cavi­ty. Some spe­cies are uti­li­zed in medi­ci­ne, as the­ir sli­me has hea­ling properties.
