je výstava a podujatie pre fotografov a nadšencov , profesionálov aj amatérov. jednom mieste sa stretávajú fototechniky, odborníci a fotografie. Podujatie ponúka výstavu fotoaparátov, objektívov a príslušenstva, a so známymi fotografmi, a otvorený fotoateliér, praktické ukážky techník a fotografovania, možnosť vyskúšať si techniku (citylife.sk).

Foto 2011 prebehla 21.-22.10.2011 v rovnakých priestoroch ako predtým. Veľmi som sa tešil na toto podujatie a úspešne som ho absolvoval. sa mi páčili, zdalo sa mi, že ich obsadenie bolo trochu viac regionálne. Aj tovar, ktorý bol ponúkaný sa mi zdal skromnejší. Každopádne teším sa opäť na ďalší ročník. Opäť bol prítomný Vrabko, užil som si Aleša Fremuta, Karola Srnca a Petra Praženku, Zuzany Minarovičovej.

sa uskutočnila v Dome v Bratislave 22.-23.10.2010. Program bol bohatý, od stánkov s fototematikou, cez prednášky a prezentácie. Ja sám som navštívil viacero. Pamätám si veľmi dobre a rád si spomeniem na Martina Vrabka, ktorý nám hovoril o možnostiach svietenia a fotografovania modeliek. Poučná bola pre mňa aj prednáška o autorských právach v s fotografiami. Niektoré prednášky boli venované skôr pre remeselnú s fotografovaním, iné boli skôr cestovateľské, poznávacie. V strede, hlavnej bol na modeliek, ktoré sa menili. Účasť bola veľmi , DK Ružinov boli miestami pre takéto podujatie malé.

took place on October 21–22, 2011, in the same venue as before. I was very much looking forward to this event and attended successfully. I enjoyed the presentations; it seemed to me that their lineup was somewhat more regionally oriented. The range of products on offer also appeared more modest. In any case, I am already looking forward to the next edition. was present again; I enjoyed , Strobist , , and ‚s presentation about Nepal.

Foto Slovakia 2010 was held at the Ružinov House of Culture in on October 22–23, 2010. The program was rich, ranging from photography-related booths to lectures and presentations, several of which I attended personally. I remember very well—and fondly—Martin Vrabko, who spoke about lighting options and photographing models. A lecture on copyright issues related to photography was also very instructive for me. Some lectures focused more on technical craftsmanship in photography, while others were more travel- and exploration-oriented. In the center of the main hall, there was a space for photographing models, who rotated regularly. Attendance was very high, and at times the premises of the Ružinov House of Culture were too small for an event of this scale.

priťahujú amatérskych aj profesionálnych fotografov. Účastníci majú obmedzený časový rámec, počas ktorého musia zachytiť rôzne pomocou procesu fotografovania. Účastníci sa stretávajú určenom mieste pred akciou, kde im na mieste poskytnú o pravidlách, témach. Takéto akcie sú skvelým spôsobom ako poskytnúť výzvu pre fotografov a zároveň poskytnúť príležitosť prezentovať ich verejnosti. Myšlienka fotomaratónov sa ujala v mnohých mestách. Ide vlastne o to, aby sa prejavili, aby rozvíjali svoju , aby robili niečo pekné, užitočné. Mne sa tá myšlienka páči, najmä kvôli aspektu .

Photomarathons attract both amateur and professional photographers. Participants are given a limited time frame during which they must capture various themes through the process of photography. Participants typically gather at a designated location before the event, where they receive information about the rules and themes on the spot. Such events are a great way to provide a challenge for photographers and, at the same time, an opportunity to showcase their work to the public. The concept of photomarathons has taken hold in many cities. Essentially, is about people expressing themselves, developing their creativity, and creating something beautiful and useful. I appreciate this idea, especially because of the imaginative aspect it involves.

18. septembra som sa zúčastnil Bratislavského Fotomaratónu. Témy boli tieto: , , , , Cudzinec, Na horúcej stope, , Tancovala, , Voyeur, , .

On September 18th, I participated in the Photo Marathon. The themes were as follows: Plan, Focus, Scream, In the Mirror, Stranger, On a Hot Trail, Immunity, Dancing, In Spaghetti, Voyeur, Running Late, Košice.

29.8.2009 som mal v úmysle zúčastniť sa Fotomaratónu v Piešťanoch. Naplánoval som si kvôli tomu cestu z Bratislavy do . Bohužiaľ organizátor presunul podujatie o týždeň neskôr bez predchádzajúceho upovedomenia. Pre neustály . Myslím, že nemusím zdôrazniť, že ma to naštvalo :-).

19.9.2009 sa uskutočnil Fotomaratón v Bratislave. V rovnakom termíne ako Park Foto v Piešťanoch. Ja som dal akcii v Piešťanoch.

Dated August 29, 2009, I had the intention of participating in the Photo Marathon in . I planned a trip from Bratislava to Piešťany for this purpose. Unfortunately, the event organizer postponed the event by a week without prior notice due to constant rain. Needless to say, it frustrated me :-).

On September 19, 2009, the Photo Marathon took place in Bratislava. Coincidentally, it was the same date as in Piešťany. I chose to prioritize the event in Piešťany.

27.9.2008 som sa zúčastnil opäť Fotomaratónu v Bratislave. Tentokrát som už lepšie vedel, do čoho idem, tak som sa lepšie pripravil. Spravil som aj zopár záberov pred akciou. Akcia sa mi páčila, myslím že témy boli vybraté skvele. Predpokladám, že ich vymyslel jeden . Témy boli tieto: , , , , , teplejšie, , , , Čo je to, , Zajtra letím, .

On September 27, 2008, I participated again in the Photo Marathon in Bratislava. This time, I already knew better what I was getting into, so I prepared better. I even took some shots before the event. I enjoyed the event; I think the themes were chosen excellently. I assume that one person came up with them. The themes were as follows: Who am I, Through the window, Where are we going, Across the bridge, Warm, warmer, Differences land in love, Turned away face, From above, What is it, On the edge, Tomorrow I’m flying, Goodbye.

Dňa 22.9.2007 som sa zúčastnil „Fotomaratón Bratislava 2007“. Pravidlá boli takéto: formát JPG, bez úprav v počítači, jedna na jednu tému, v poradí od 1 do 12 + fotografia registračného čísla za 6 hodín. tu zverejnené, sú upravené oproti odovzdaným. Témy boli tieto: , , , , Staré , staré , Keď ju miluješ, nie je čo riešiť, Ukážem ti niečo, , Štruktúra, Pot, , .

On September 22, 2007, I participated in the „Photomarathon Bratislava 2007“ competition. The rules were as follows: format, no computer edits, one photo per theme, in order from 1 to 12, plus a registration number photo within 6 hours. The published photos have been edited compared to the submitted ones. The themes were as follows: Saturday, Us People, Versus, Open Spaces, Old Walls, Old Stories, When you love her, there’s nothing to solve, I’ll show you something, I’m glad here, Structure, Sweat, Slow down, Restart.
