Rust – mesto bocianov

Rust je malé milé mestečko pri Neziderskom jazere. Je známe bocianmi, ktoré sa okrem iného nachádzajú priamo v meste na strechách (). V Ruste žije 1714 obyvateľov na rozlohe 19.99 km2. Rust je najmenším štatutárnym mestom v Rakúsku, už v roku 1681 bol slobodným mestom. Jeho maďarské pomenovanie je Ruszt. Leží v nadmorskej výške 123 metrov nad morom (Wikipedia).

Turie leží medzi Lúčanskou Malou Fatrou a Strážovskými vrchmi v nadmorskej výške 300 metrom nad morom (obecturie.eu), 446 podľa Wikipedie. Pozdĺž Turského potoka. Turská dolina sa kolmo napája na Rajeckú dolinu (obecturie.eu). Na ploche 27.2 km2 tu žije 1995 obyvateľov (Wikipedia). Prvá písomná zmienka o obci je z roku 1386 pod názvom Turo. Obec Turie vznikla zlúčením osád Turo a Tri dvory, názov Turo tri dvory sa používal až do roku 1930. Názov Turie je pre obec od roku 1949 (obecturie.eu). V obci sa nachádza kostol svätého Michala archanjela, ktorý bol postavený okolo roku 1580. Je chránený lipou s obvodom kmeňa 450 cm (obecturie.eu).

Šuja je obec v Rajeckej kotline, leží v povodí Rajčianky, na úpätí Srniaka (obecsuja.eu). Leží v nadmorskej výške 467 metrov nad morom. Rozloha je 2.42 km2 (Wikipedia). Žije v nej 333 obyvateľov. Od roka 1997 nie je súčasťou Rajca (obecsuja.eu). Obec nebola samostatná od roku 1971 do polovice roku 1997 (obecsuja.eu). V minulosti sa obec nazývala Chya, Schwgye, Swya, Suya, Sujo, Suja. Na území obce sa našli mince keltského kmeňa Eraviskov (Vlastivedný slovník obcí na Slovensku). V oblasti Šuje existovalo sídlisko Púchovskej kultúry z prelomu letopočtov (Wikipedia). Najstaršie písomné zmienky o obci sú z roku 1393, patrila pod Lietavské panstvo. V roku 1598 mala 11 , v roku 1720 v 45 domoch žilo 304 obyvateľov. Zaoberali sa poľnohospodárstvom, včelárstvom, chovom oviec a dobytka (Vlastivedný slovník obcí na Slovensku). Gastronomické zvláštnosti Šuje sú špeciality zo žiab, obarec, úhrabky, podlesníky, dotriepaná kaša, kapustové halušky, fánky (obecsuja.eu). V marci sa v Šuji koná Rajecký Borošovec, športové bežecké podujatie (obecsuja.eu).

Neďaleko od obce sa nachádza Šujské rašelinisko (obecsuja.eu). Od roku 1983 je prírodnou rezerváciou. Na nepriepustnom štrkovitom podloží sa vytvorili rašelinné vrstvy s výskytom slatinno-rašelinových spoločenstiev (obecsuja.eu). Rastie tu napr. Primula farinosa, Pinguicula vulgaris, Salix rosmarinifolia, Menyanthes trifoliata, Epipactis palustris, Gymnadenia conopsea, Utricularia minor, Eleocharis quinqueflora, Carex viridula, Trollius altissimus. Žijú tu cenné spoločenstvá mäkkýšov, vážok, kôrovcov, vážok. Šuja is a village in the Rajecká kotlina (Rajecká Basin), situated in the Rajčianka river basin at the foothills of Srniak. It is located at an altitude of 467 meters above sea level. Slovenská Ves

Slovenská Ves patrí do Horného Spiša, leží v nadmorskej výške 650 metrov nad morom. Žije tu 1 800 obyvateľov. Prvá písomná zmienka o obci je z roku 1311 (slovenskaves.sk), pod názvom Villa Sclavonicalis. Traduje sa, že pôvodne ležala severnejšie, no prvýkrát ju zničilo v roku 1443 zemetrasenie a neskôr požiar (slovenskaves.sk). V rokoch 1710 – 1711 obec postihla mor. Obyvatelia sa venovali poľnohospodárstvu, najmä pestovaniu raže, jačmeňa, ovsu, ľanu a zemiakov. Venovali sa výrobe plátna, drevorubačstvu, chovu oviec a dobytka, krčmárstvu, krajčírstvu, obuvníctvu, kováčstvu, kolárstvu a pekárstvu (slovenskaves.sk). V obci sa nachádza Kostol Očisťovania Panny Márie z druhej polovice 14. storočia, v ktorej je neskorogotická socha Madony z roku 1510 z dielne Majstra Pavla z Levoče. V dolnej časti Slovenského potoka sa nachádza Lúka Kúty, vysokobylinná bujná zamokrená lúka, kde sa nachádza napr. orchidea Epipactis palustris. Severne od vyviera osem prameňov minerálnych vôd (slovenskaves.sk).


Slovenská Ves is part of Upper , situated at an elevation of 650 meters above sea level. The village is home to 1,800 residents. The first written mention of the village dates back to 1311 (slovenskaves.sk), under the name Villa Sclavonicalis. It is rumored that originally, it was located further north, but it was first destroyed by an earthquake in 1443 and later by a fire (slovenskaves.sk). In the years 1710 – 1711, the village was affected by the plague. The inhabitants were engaged in agriculture, primarily cultivating rye, barley, oats, flax, and potatoes. They were involved in linen production, logging, sheep and cattle breeding, innkeeping, tailoring, shoemaking, blacksmithing, wheelwrighting, and baking (slovenskaves.sk). The village is home to the Church of the Purification of the Virgin Mary from the second half of the 14th century, which houses a late Gothic statue of the Madonna from 1510, created by Master Paul of Levoča. In the lower part of the Slovenský potok (Slovak Stream), there is Lúka Kúty, a high-herbaceous, lush wet meadow where, for example, the Epipactis palustris orchid can be found. Eight mineral water springs emerge north of the village (slovenskaves.sk).

W dolnej części potoku Slovenský znajduje się Lúka Kúty, wysoka, bujna łąka bagienno-błotna, gdzie można znaleźć np. storczyka Epipactis palustris. Na północ od wsi wypływa osiem źródeł wód mineralnych (slovenskaves.sk).
