Liptov, nemecky Liptau, poľsky Liptów, maďarsky Liptó, leží na severe Slovenska. Na Liptove zanechali svoju výraznú stopu Kelti – napr. archeoskanzen Havránok pri Liptovskej Mare (visitliptov.sk). Žije tu cca 140 000 obyvateľov. V minulosti sa venovali baníctvu, murárčine – vraví sa, že Pešť postavili liptovskí murári (liptov.sk). Medzi veľké lákadla Liptova patrí: Likavský hrad, Vysoké Tatry, Demänovská jaskyňa Slobody, Demänovská ľadová jaskyňa, Važecká jaskyňa, Vlkolínec, Múzeum liptovskej dediny v Pribyline, Thermal park Bešeňová, Aquapark Tatralandia, Demänovská dolina, lyžiarske strediská Jasná Nízke Tatry, Ski Park Ružomberok – Malinô Brdo. V obci Svätý Kríž je jedna z najväčších drevených sakrálnych stavieb v Európe – drevený artikulárny kostol. Každoročne sa vo Východnej koná folklórny festival Východná (visitliptov.sk). V Ludrovej sa nachádza unikátny kostolík.

Among them are Likavský Castle, the High Tatras, Demänovská Cave of Liberty, Demänovská Ice Cave, Važecká Cave, Vlkolínec, the Museum of Liptov Village in Pribylina, Bešeňová Thermal Park, Tatralandia Aquapark, Demänovská Valley, the ski resorts of Jasná Low Tatras, and Ski Park Ružomberok – Malinô Brdo. In the village of Svätý Kríž stands one of the largest wooden religious structures in Europe—the wooden articulatory church. Every year, the folk festival Východná takes place in Východná (visitliptov.sk). Ludrová is home to a unique little church.

Svetlo je magické médium, plné farieb a tieňov. V rukách fotografa sa svetlo stáva farbou, tvarom a emóciou. Od jednoduchých prírodných scenérií po pulzujúce mestské nočné životy, svetlo prináša do fotografie nekonečné možnosti. Jedným zo spôsobov, ako fotografovať svetlo, je pracovať s kontrastom. Silné kontrasty medzi svetlom a tieňom vytvárajú dramatické scény a zdôrazňujú detaily. Príkladom môže byť fotografovanie osvetlených ulíc v noci alebo portrét so silným slnečným žiarením. Fotografovanie svitania a západu slnka môže tvoriť snímky s poetickým až melancholickým nádychom. Stmievajúce sa svetlo vytvára nádherné odtiene a jemné prechody, ktoré sú ideálne pre zachytenie krásy každodenných okamihov.

Príroda ponúka jedinečné svetelné príbehy. Ranná rosa na pavučinách, hra slnečných lúčov v hustom lese, alebo odlesky na hladine jazera. Zima je obdobie, ktoré prináša so sebou svoje jedinečné čaro. Je to čas, keď príroda spomalí svoj hektický rytmus a prechádza do stavu vegetačného pokoja. Je to veľmi dôležité pre zem, prírodu. Zima je obdobím, kedy sa zvieratá a niektoré rastliny stiahnu do úkrytov, hľadajúc príležitosť na oddych a obnovenie sily. V tomto období sú niektoré druhy rastlín v stave vegetačného pokoja, kedy ich rast a vývoj dočasne utíchajú. Je to akoby príroda zadržala svoj vlastný dych, pripravená na obnovenie života v ďalšom cykle. Zima môže byť tvrdá na zvieratá a rastliny, a preto ochrana ich životného prostredia je kľúčová. Sneh sa niekedy spúšťa z oblohy a láme svetlo na tisícky diamantov, ktoré tancujú na zemi. Zimné obdobie prináša aj rad radostí a aktivít pre ľudí. Bežkovanie, lyžovanie, sánkovanie, stavanie snehuliakov sú len niektoré z činností, ktoré sú charakteristické pre zimu.

Winter is a period when animals and some plants retreat to shelters, seeking an opportunity for rest and rejuvenation. During this time, certain plant species enter a state of vegetative rest, temporarily quieting their growth and development. It’s as if nature is holding its own breath, ready for the renewal of life in the next cycle.

Winter can be challenging for animals and plants, making environmental protection crucial. Sometimes, snow descends from the sky, breaking the light into thousands of diamonds that dance on the ground. The winter season also brings a plethora of joys and activities for people. Cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, sledding, and building snowmen are just some of the activities that characterize winter. Winter is not just a season of cold weather; it is a time of beauty, tranquility, and a unique perspective on the world around us. It teaches us about the importance of rest and renewal, not only for nature but also for ourselves. In the hushed landscapes covered by snow, we can find a certain magic that transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Piešťany v zime

Piešťany sú známe ako jedinečné kúpeľné mesto na Slovensku, ktoré ponúkajú aj počas zimného obdobia očarujúcu atmosféru. Aj keď sú známe najmä pre svoje teplé mesiace a liečivé minerálne pramene, zima v Piešťanoch má svoj vlastný šarm, ktorý dokáže očariť. Kúpeľný komplex v Piešťanoch ponúka návštevníkom možnosť vychutnať si svoje liečivé a relaxačné služby aj počas zimných mesiacov. Horúce minerálne pramene sú príjemným kontrastom k chladnému počasiu. Termálne bazény poskytujú svoje služby, výhody teplých, minerálnych vôd sú práve v zime to pravé. Piešťan, najmä jeho centrum a kúpeľný ostrov sú ideálne na zimné prechádzky. Vo vianočnom období Vianočné trhy ponúkajú kultúru aj tradičný vianočný tovar. Trhy nie sú rozsiahle, ale stánky nájdete na viacerých miestach a mnohé služby sa sezónne radi prispôsobia. Atmosféra trhov je vždy príjemná a priateľská. Sú osobité tým, že trvajú nielen pre Vianocami, ale aj po nich. Pred Vianocami sa koná na Vianočných trhoch množstvo hudobnej produkcie na Vianočných trhoch a často aj pred Irmou na kúpeľnom ostrove. Na Winterovej ulici sa v posledných rokoch ponúka skvelý punč. Tradične sa zapaľujú adventné sviece, na fontánu pred Irmou sa inštaluje veľký adventný veniec.

Piešťany, particularly its center and spa island, is ideal for winter walks. During the Christmas season, the Christmas markets offer both cultural experiences and traditional Christmas goods. The markets are not extensive, but stalls can be found in various locations, and many services are seasonally adapted. The atmosphere at the markets is always pleasant and friendly. They are unique in that they last not only before Christmas but also after it. Before Christmas, there is a lot of musical entertainment at the Christmas markets, and often in front of Irma on the spa island. On Winter Street, great punch has been offered in recent years. Traditionally, Advent candles are lit, and a large Advent wreath is installed on the fountain in front of Irma.

In den letzten Jahren wird auf der Winterstraße hervorragender Punsch angeboten. Traditionell werden Adventskerzen angezündet und ein großer Adventskranz auf der Fontäne vor Irma installiert.
