je úžasná vec. Naše pri športových aktivitách je podobné ako kedysi prejavoval predátor v dobe, kedy človek lovil. Vzrušenie pri športe je veľmi podobné vzrušeniu, ktoré pravdepodobne pociťovali predchodcovia z obdobia pred naším letopočtom. Je to pudová záležitosť. Pri športe – myslím tým športy, pri ktorých sa človek hýbe – pociťujem jednoducho radosť z pohybu, získavam dobrý pocit. Okrem toho, už mnoho ľudí šport zmenil k lepšiemu. Aj mňa naučil byť náročný druhých, a čo je dôležitejšie aj na seba. Ja sám som aktívnejšie lyžoval a hral . Ak by som sa mal dnes začínať, rozhodoval by som zo zdravotného hľadiska skúsiť cyklistiku a . Plávanie je snáď najvšestrannejší šport a je výborná na a tréning podporuje . Sám dnes už športujem menej, ale snažím sa :-)).

The excitement in sports closely resembles the thrill that Homo sapiens predecessors likely experienced in the prehistoric era. ‚s an instinctual matter. In sports—by which I mean activities involving physical movement—I simply feel the joy of motion, gaining a sense of well-being. Moreover, sports have positively changed the lives of many people, teaching them to be demanding not only of others but, more importantly, of themselves. Personally, I’ve been more active in skiing and basketball. If I were to start today, I would consider trying cycling and swimming from a health perspective. Swimming is perhaps the most versatile sport, and cycling is excellent for endurance, promoting heart health through training. I, myself, engage in sports less nowadays, but I try to stay active :-)).
