Člo­vek má hlad po este­ti­ke, po nie­čom, čo sa vry­je do našej duše a zane­chá nezma­za­teľ­nú sto­pu. Maľ­ba je jeden z naj­star­ších spô­so­bov ako sa člo­vek vyjad­ru­je, ako obja­vu­je krá­su a ako komu­ni­ku­je. Nie je to len spo­je­nie farieb, ale je to meta­fo­ra vnú­tor­né­ho sve­ta. Ten­to kre­a­tív­ny svet je pre umel­ca mies­tom slo­bo­dy a pre­zen­tá­cie svo­jej identity.

Je výzvou pred­sta­vi­vos­ti, pozý­va nás aby sme obja­vi­li krá­su, je pri­po­mien­kou že ume­nie má byť súčas­ťou našej pri­ro­dze­nos­ti.

Tanec je jed­no z naj­star­ších ume­ní, cez neho člo­vek vyjad­ru­je svo­je emó­cie. Je jeho kul­tú­rou. Kedy­si to boli kme­ňo­vé ritu­ály, tanec pre­ni­kol do rôz­nych aspek­tov náš­ho živo­ta, pri­ná­ša radosť. Ritu­ály slú­ži­li aj ako spo­lo­čen­ský komu­ni­kač­ný nástroj a to sa dodnes nezme­ni­lo. Rôz­ne kul­tú­ry vytvo­ri­li svo­je vlast­né taneč­né for­my. Tan­com vyjad­ru­je­me radosť, šťas­tie, smú­tok, nad­še­nie, odhod­la­nie. Tanec je ume­lec­ký výraz, komu­ni­kač­ný nástroj, kto­rý pre­ko­ná­va jazy­ko­vé bari­é­ry. Pohy­by pri tan­ci vyda­jú neraz za tisíc slov. Tanec má jedi­neč­nú schop­nosť spá­jať ľudí. Doslo­va je schop­ný vytvá­rať komunity.
