Svet zvierat v Nitre

V Nitre sa pravidelne konalo podujatie s názvom zvierat, ktoré je významnou udalosťou pre milovníkov a chovateľov zvierat. Toto podujatie sa zameriava prezentáciu rôznych druhov domácich aj exotických zvierat a poskytuje na výmenu skúseností medzi chovateľmi, odborníkmi a širokou verejnosťou. Prvý ročník sa uskutočnil v roku 2012 v priestoroch výstaviska v Nitre. Odvtedy sa podujatie koná každoročne, výstava sa postupne rozrastala a získavala na popularite, čo viedlo k rozšíreniu vystavovaných druhov zvierat a bohatšiemu sprievodnému programu (nitralive.sk).

V roku 2015 sa konal už tretí ročník výstavy, ktorý priniesol bohatý sprievodný program vrátane prednášok o canisterapii, športovej kynológii a vystúpení klubu z Nitry. Súčasťou výstavy bola aj XIX. , celkovo bolo prihlásených asi 4600 zvierat  (nitralive.sk). Štvrtý ročník v roku 2016 bol spojený s 19. ročníkom Celoštátnej a prvým ročníkom Vyšehradskej výstavy zvierat. psov, mačiek, exotických vtákov, plazov, hlodavcov a ďalších zvierat prezentovali svoje chovateľské širokej verejnosti (mynitra.sme.sk). 

Odborníci z rôznych oblastí chovateľstva a veterinárnej medicíny poskytujú a praktické ukážky týkajúce sa starostlivosti o , ich výcviku a zdravia. Súčasťou podujatia sú aj v agility, poslušnosti a ďalších disciplínach, kde môžu vidieť zručnosti a tréning zvierat. Na výstave sú prítomní predajcovia chovateľských potrieb, krmív a doplnkov, kde si návštevníci môžu zakúpiť potrebné vybavenie pre svojich miláčikov. Podujatie tiež podporuje povedomie o ochrane prírody a biodiverzite, keďže mnohé prezentované druhy sú ohrozené alebo vyžadujú špeciálnu . In , an event called Svet zvierat (World of Animals) has been regularly held, becoming a significant occasion for animal lovers and breeders. This event focuses on the presentation of various species of domestic and exotic animals and provides space for exchanging experiences among breeders, experts, and the general public. The edition of the Svet zvierat exhibition took place in 2012 at the Agrokomplex exhibition center in Nitra. Since then, the event has been held annually, gradually expanding and gaining popularity, which led to an increase in the number of exhibited animal species and a richer accompanying program (nitralive.sk).

In 2015, the third edition of the exhibition was held, offering a wide range of accompanying activities, including lectures on canistherapy, sports cynology, and performances by the Agility Club from Nitra. The exhibition also hosted the 19th National Exhibition of Exotic Birds, with around 4,600 animals registered in total (nitralive.sk). The fourth edition in 2016 was combined with the 19th National Animal Exhibition and the first Visegrad Animal Exhibition. Breeders of dogs, cats, exotic birds, reptiles, rodents, and other animals presented their breeding achievements to the general public (mynitra..sk).

Experts from various fields of animal breeding and veterinary medicine provide lectures and practical demonstrations on animal care, training, and health. The event also includes competitions in agility, obedience, and other disciplines, where visitors can observe the skills and training of animals. Vendors of breeding supplies, food, and accessories are also present, offering visitors the opportunity to purchase the necessary equipment for their pets. The event further promotes awareness of nature conservation and biodiversity, as many of the presented species are endangered or require special care. The exhibition thus contributes to environmental education and raising awareness of the importance of protecting animal species.
