Južná je považovaná za jeden z najkrajších a najbohatších regiónov krajiny, ktorý spája prírodné krásy, bohatú históriu, víno a kultúru. Je to najteplejšia a najúrodnejšia oblasť Českej republiky, s dobre vyvinutou poľnohospodárskou krajinou a ideálnymi podmienkami na pestovanie viniča. Nachádzajú sa tu najstaršie archeologické na území dnešného Česka, s dôkazmi ľudských aktivít už od praveku (visitczechia.com). Víno patrí k neodmysliteľnej identite Južnej Moravy, približne 96 % všetkých viníc v Česku je na južnej Morave. Víno sa tu pestuje už od čias Keltov (traveliv.sk). Najznámejša je Mikulovská vinohradnícka oblasť (Wikipedia).Víno sa tu slávi aj prostredníctvom festivalov a vinárskych podujatí (nationalgeographic.com). Nachádza sa tu viac než 90 hradov, zámkov a kaštieľov (ccrjm.cz). Jeden z najvýznamnejších kultúrnych pokladov regiónu je Lednicko‑valtický areál, zapísaný ako do zoznamu UNESCO (south-moravia.com). Pálava je biosférickou rezerváciou s jedinečnými stepnými a lesnými ekosystémami a výhľadmi na a Novomlýnske priehrady (Wikipedia). V Moravskom krase sú tisíce jaskýň, priepasť Macocha (zapakuj.sk). Národný park Podyjí pri hraniciach s Rakúskom ponúka panenskú prírodu údolia Dyje (amazingczechia.com).

Žije tu približne 1,18 milióna obyvateľov, susedí so Slovenskom a Rakúskom. Viac než 60 % územia tvorí poľnohospodárska pôda. Pri Slavkove sa odohrala jedna z najkrvavejších napoleonských bitiek (businessinfo.cz).  je známa ako kraj slnka a pohostinnosti – miestni , tradičné jedlá a tvoria silnú súčasť miestnej identity (travelking.sk). Gastronómia je spätá s nielen s vínom, ale aj lokálnymi dobrotami a tradičnými pivnicami (traveliv.sk). Hustopeče sú známe najväčšími mandľovými sadmi v strednej Európe. Južná Morava je rajom pre cyklistov a kolobežkárov, terén je zvyčajne rovinatý a dobre označený (Eva Prcinová). Ja chodím na južnú Moravu často a prešiel som ju krížom krážom, v rôznych obdobiach. Najviac sa mi páči kyjovský kraj, ktorý je pre svoj osobitý reliéf označovaný aj ako Moravské Toskánsko.

Viticulture has been practiced here since the time of the Celts (traveliv.sk). The most famous wine-growing area is the Mikulov Wine Subregion (Wikipedia). Wine is also celebrated through numerous festivals and wine-related events (nationalgeographic.com). More than 90 castles, châteaux, and manor houses can be found here (ccrjm.cz). One of the region’s greatest cultural treasures is the Lednice–Valtice Cultural Landscape, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (south-moravia.com). Pálava is a biosphere reserve with unique steppe and forest ecosystems and panoramic views of vineyards and the Nové Mlýny reservoirs (Wikipedia). The Moravian Karst is home to thousands of caves, including the Macocha Abyss (zapakuj.sk). The Podyjí National Park on the Austrian border offers pristine nature in the valley of the Dyje River (amazingczechia.com).

About 1.18 million people live here, and the region borders Slovakia and Austria. More than 60% of the territory is agricultural land. One of the  bloodiest Napoleonic battles took place near Slavkov (Austerlitz) (businessinfo.cz). South Moravia is known as a land of sunshine and hospitality – local people, traditional dishes, and folklore form a strong part of the region’s identity (travelking.sk). Gastronomy is linked not only to wine, but also to local delicacies and traditional wine cellars (traveliv.sk). Hustopeče is famous for having the largest almond orchards in Central Europe. South Moravia is a paradise for cyclists and scooter riders – the terrain is usually flat and well marked (Eva Prcinová). I visit South Moravia often and have traveled across it in many directions and seasons. What I like most is the Kyjov region, which, due to its distinctive landscape, is also referred to as “Moravian Tuscany.”

Es ist die wärmste und fruchtbarste Region der Tschechischen Republik mit einer gut entwickelten Agrarlandschaft und idealen Bedingungen für den Weinbau. Hier befinden sich die ältesten archäologischen Siedlungsspuren auf dem Gebiet des heutigen Tschechiens, mit Nachweisen menschlicher Aktivitäten bereits aus der Urgeschichte (visitczechia.com). Wein ist ein untrennbarer Bestandteil der Identität Südmährens – rund 96 % aller Weinberge in Tschechien liegen in dieser Region. Der Weinbau wird hier seit der Zeit der Kelten betrieben (traveliv.sk). Am bekanntesten ist das Weinbaugebiet Mikulov (Wikipedia). Der Wein wird hier auch durch zahlreiche Festivals und Weinveranstaltungen gefeiert (nationalgeographic.com). In der Region befinden sich mehr als 90 Burgen, Schlösser und Herrensitze (ccrjm.cz). Einer der bedeutendsten kulturellen Schätze ist die Kulturlandschaft Lednice–Valtice, die zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört (south-moravia.com). Pálava ist ein Biosphärenreservat mit einzigartigen Steppen- und Waldökosystemen sowie Ausblicken auf die Weinberge und die Stauseen von Nové Mlýny (Wikipedia). Im Mährischen Karst gibt es Tausende von Höhlen, darunter auch die Macocha-Schlucht (zapakuj.sk). Der Nationalpark Podyjí an der Grenze zu Österreich bietet unberührte Natur im Tal der Thaya (Dyje) (amazingczechia.com).

Südmähren ist ein Paradies für Radfahrer und Rollerfahrer – das Gelände ist meist flach und gut ausgeschildert (Eva Prcinová). Ich reise häufig nach Südmähren und habe die Region kreuz und quer zu verschiedenen Jahreszeiten durchquert. Am meisten gefällt mir die Region Kyjov, die wegen ihres besonderen Reliefs auch als „Mährische Toskana“ bezeichnet wird.

Víno je neoddělitelnou součástí identity Jižní Moravy – přibližně 96 % všech vinic v Česku se nachází právě zde. Vinařství se tu provozuje již od dob Keltů (traveliv.sk). Hobby ZOO Tillmann – skvelá akvaristika v Duisburgu

Túto akvaristiku sme mali zabezpečenú na 17 hodinu. Vtedy sme už boli trochu unavení a už sme od rána toho akvaristického videli dosť. Keď sme zbadali z autobusu akvaristiku, tak sme mysleli, že za 30 minút ju obzrieme. Veľmi sme sa mýlili. Najprv v tom, že krátko po vstupe sme zistili, že to je tak trochu labyrint. Chodbičky, miestnosti sa točili, vnútri sa nachádzalo kvantum rýb a krásnych rýb. Dokonca tam boli niektoré, aspoň pre mňa vzácne veci. Napr. tanganické , viacero druhov divokých živorodiek. Ten, kto sa stará o tieto má určite v obľube najmä . Bolo ich tam kvantum, možno 200 druhov odhadom. Stojany, na ktorých boli ryby za vstupnou miestnosťou boli účelne murované, pravdepodobne vlastná práca. Myslím si, že sme sa tam cítili všetci veľmi dobre, určite tomu pomohla aj pohostinnosť domácich, ktorí nám usilovne a s úsmevom na tvári čapovali do dvojdecilitrových nádob pivko, kolu apod. Vonku mal majiteľ vo dvore plné koiákov a iných studenomilnejších rýb. Okrem toho som tam videl nejaké vtáky a hlodavce. Z predajne som mal pocit, že funguje aspoň čiastočne aj ako chovňa, pretože sa v nádržiach nachádzalo veľa mladých rýb, pričom aj dospelé ryby rovnakého druhu boli v iných nádržiach. Len úplne mladé ryby a poter a nádrže na trenie som nevidel. Predpokladám, že ďalej vo dvore, alebo niekde nablízku boli aj tie. Principiálne takto nejako si aj ja predstavujem, že by som aj ja chcel mať predajňu. Chovňa a predajňa zároveň na jednom mieste je myšlienka, o ktorej som aj ja uvažoval. Po opustení predajne sme nasadli do autobusu a šli naspäť . Na tento duisburgsko-cyperusácky výlet budem určite dobre spomínať.

We had the aquarium visit scheduled for 5:00 PM. By then, we were already a bit tired, having seen enough of the aquarium since morning. When we spotted the aquarium from the bus, we thought we would explore it in 30 minutes. We were very wrong. First of all, shortly after entering, we realized it was a bit of a labyrinth. Hallways, rooms twisted around, inside there was a plethora of fish and beautiful fish. There were even some things that were rare for me. For example, Tanganyikan cichlids, several species of wild livebearers. Whoever takes care of these fish surely has a preference, especially for American cichlids. There were plenty of them, maybe around 200 species estimated. The stands with fish near the entrance were purposefully built, probably homemade. I think we all felt very comfortable there, and the hospitality of the hosts definitely helped, as they diligently served us beer, cola, and other drinks in two-deciliter containers with a smile on their faces. Outside, the owner had tanks full of koi and other cold-water fish in the yard. Besides that, I saw some birds and rodents there. From the shop, I had the feeling that it also functions partially as a breeding ground because there were many young fish in the tanks, and adult fish of the same species were in other tanks. I didn’t see completely young fish and fry tanks. I assume they were further in the yard or somewhere nearby. Essentially, this is how I imagine having a shop. Having a breeding ground and a shop in one place is an idea that I have also considered. After leaving the shop, we boarded the bus and headed back home. I will definitely remember this trip to Duisburg-Cyprus.

Wir hatten den Aquariumsbesuch für 17:00 Uhr geplant. Bis dahin waren wir bereits ein wenig müde, da wir seit dem Morgen genug von dem Aquarium gesehen hatten. Als wir das Aquarium vom Bus aus entdeckten, dachten wir, wir würden es in 30 Minuten erkunden. Wir lagen sehr falsch. Zunächst einmal merkten wir kurz nach dem Eintritt, dass es ein wenig wie ein Labyrinth war. Flure, Räume drehten sich, drinnen gab es eine Fülle von Fischen und wunderschönen Exemplaren. Es gab sogar einige Dinge, die für mich selten waren. Zum Beispiel Tanganjika-Buntbarsche, mehrere Arten von Wilden Lebendgebärenden. Wer sich um diese Fische kümmert, hat sicherlich eine Vorliebe, besonders für amerikanische Buntbarsche. Davon gab es reichlich, schätzungsweise etwa 200 Arten. Die Stände mit Fischen in der Nähe des Eingangs waren zweckmäßig gebaut, wahrscheinlich selbstgemacht. Ich denke, wir haben uns dort alle sehr wohl gefühlt, und die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber hat sicherlich dazu beigetragen, da sie uns fleißig Bier, Cola und andere Getränke in zwei-Deziliter-Behältern mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht servierten. Draußen hatte der Besitzer Tanks voller Kois und anderer Kaltwasserfische im Hof. Außerdem habe ich dort einige Vögel und Nagetiere gesehen. Aus dem Geschäft heraus hatte ich das Gefühl, dass es auch teilweise als Zuchtanlage funktioniert, denn es gab viele junge Fische in den Tanks, und erwachsene Fische derselben Art befanden sich in anderen Tanks. Ich habe keine komplett jungen Fische und Aufzuchtbecken gesehen. Ich nehme an, sie waren weiter hinten im Hof oder irgendwo in der Nähe. Grundsätzlich stelle ich mir so vor, einen Laden zu haben. Eine Zuchtanlage und ein Geschäft an einem Ort zu haben, ist eine Idee, die ich auch in Betracht gezogen habe. Nachdem wir das Geschäft verlassen hatten, stiegen wir in den Bus und fuhren zurück nach Hause. Ich werde mich auf jeden Fall an diese Reise nach Duisburg-Zypern erinnern.
