Trna­va – slo­ven­ský Rím je mes­to s boha­tou his­tó­ri­ou, ležia­ce v Podu­naj­skej níži­ne. Trna­ve je kraj­ské mes­to, a je a vždy bolo, jed­ným z význam­ných miest Slo­ven­ska. Leží v cen­tre Trnav­skej pahor­ka­ti­ny. V mes­te sa zacho­va­lo his­to­ric­ké jad­ro, dokon­ca aj hrad­by. Roz­lo­ha mes­ta je 72 km2 (trna​va​.sk). Ku 31.12.2011 tu žilo 66 219 oby­va­te­ľov (Wiki­pe­dia). Prvá písom­ná zmien­ka o mes­te je z roku 1211. V dobe vzni­ku pat­ri­la medzi naj­väč­šie mes­tá Euró­py. Peter Páz­maň zalo­žil v roku 1635 Trnav­skú uni­ver­zi­tu. Do roku 1777 bola naj­väč­šou a naj­výz­nam­nej­šou inšti­tú­ci­ou v býva­lom Uhor­sku. V Trna­ve bola kon­com 18. sto­ro­čia Anto­nom Ber­no­lá­kom kodi­fi­ko­va­ná slo­ven­či­na (trna​va​.sk). Dnes je v Trna­ve aj Uni­ver­zi­ta Cyri­la a Meto­daMate­riá­lo­vo­tech­no­lo­gic­ká fakul­ta Slo­ven­skej tech­nic­kej uni­ver­zi­ty – MTF STU.

V Trna­ve sa naro­dil hudob­ný skla­da­teľ Miku­láš Schneider-​Trnavský, bás­nik Miro­slav Válek. Pôso­bi­li tu aj spi­so­va­te­lia Jozef Ignác Baj­za a Sve­to­zár Hurban-​Vajanský, his­to­rik Matúš Kuče­ra, foto­graf Tibor Hus­zár (Wiki­pe­dia). V mes­te sa koná­va Dob­ro­fest, Tra­dič­ný trnav­ský jar­mok, Trnav­ské kul­túr­ne leto, Trnav­ské orga­no­vé dni, Fes­ti­val Lumen. Nachá­dza sa tu divad­lo Jána Palá­ri­ka, kniž­ni­ca Jura­ja Fánd­ly­ho, Zápa­do­slo­ven­ské múze­um, amfi­te­áter. Trna­va sa môže pochvá­liť množ­stvom sak­rál­nych pamia­tok, nachá­dza sa tu dóm svä­té­ho Jána Krs­ti­te­ľa, bazi­li­ka svä­té­ho Miku­lá­ša, kos­to­la svä­té­ho Jaku­ba. Sta­ré Mes­to Trna­va je obklo­pe­né zacho­va­lý­mi mest­ský­mi hrad­ba­mi. Trna­va je tiež zná­ma svo­jou fut­ba­lo­vou tra­dí­ci­ou. Fut­ba­lo­vý klub Spar­tak Trna­va je jed­ným z najús­peš­nej­ších a naj­zná­mej­ších slo­ven­ských fut­ba­lo­vých klu­bov. Pomer­ne zná­me sú síd­lis­ká Druž­ba. Neďa­le­ko od mes­ta sa nachá­dza pek­ná loka­li­ta – ryb­ní­ky Kamen­ný mlyn.


Trna­va, kno­wn as the Slo­vak Rome,” is a city with a rich his­to­ry loca­ted in the Danu­bian Lowland. Trna­va is the capi­tal city of the Trna­va Regi­on and has alwa­ys been one of the sig­ni­fi­cant cities in Slo­va­kia. It is situ­ated in the cen­ter of the Trna­va Hills. The his­to­ri­cal core of the city, inc­lu­ding the pre­ser­ved city walls, remains intact. The city covers an area of 72 km² (trna​va​.sk). Today, Trna­va is home to the Uni­ver­si­ty of Cyril and Met­ho­dius and the Facul­ty of Mate­rials Scien­ce and Tech­no­lo­gy of the Slo­vak Uni­ver­si­ty of Tech­no­lo­gy – MTF STU.

Trna­va has been the birthp­la­ce of the musi­cal com­po­ser Miku­láš Schneider-​Trnavský and the poet Miro­slav Válek. Notab­le figu­res who lived in Trna­va inc­lu­de wri­ters Jozef Ignác Baj­za and Sve­to­zár Hurban-​Vajanský, his­to­rian Matúš Kuče­ra, and pho­tog­rap­her Tibor Hus­zár (Wiki­pe­dia). The Old Town of Trna­va is sur­roun­ded by well-​preserved city walls. Trna­va is also kno­wn for its foot­ball tra­di­ti­on, with Spar­tak Trna­va being one of the most suc­cess­ful and well-​known Slo­vak foot­ball clubs. The resi­den­tial are­as of Druž­ba are rela­ti­ve­ly well-​known. Near the city, you can find a beau­ti­ful loca­ti­on – the Kamen­ný mlyn ponds.

Vyso­ká pri Mora­ve bola pra­dáv­nym síd­lis­kom a poh­re­bis­kom (rec​.sk). Nachá­dza­jú sa tu žia­ro­vé hro­by zo 6. – 7. sto­ro­čia a z 9. sto­ro­čia (wiki​pe​dia​.sk). Prí­tom­nosť prvých oby­va­te­ľov sa datu­je do mlad­šej doby kamen­nej. Prvé písom­né zmien­ky o obci Zno­ys­sa sú z roku 1271. V 16. sto­ro­čí sa tu usa­di­li chor­vát­ski kolo­nis­ti. Rie­ka Mora­va zabez­pe­čo­va­la obci zdroj obži­vy a príj­mu. His­to­ric­ké náz­vy obce: Hochs­te­ten, Hochs­täd­ten. Význam­nou pamiat­kou je rím­sko­ka­to­lic­ky kos­tol svä­té­ho Andre­ja Apoš­to­la (rec​.sk). Už v roku 1697 tu zalo­ži­li cech rybá­rov. Okrem toho sa ľudia veno­va­li poľ­no­hos­po­dár­stvu, vče­lár­stvu a výro­be úžit­ko­vých pred­me­tov z tŕs­tia (wiki​pe​dia​.sk). V kata­stri obce sú prí­rod­né rezer­vá­cie Dol­ný lesHor­ný lesRoz­po­rec (rec​.sk). Obci dnes žije 2183 oby­va­te­ľov na plo­che nece­lých 34 km2 (wiki​pe​dia​.sk). V obci sa kona­jú sláv­nos­ti slno­vra­tu, pri kto­rom sa do rie­ky Mora­va púš­ťa­jú horia­ce kahan­ce (mkre​gi​on​.sk).


Vyso­ká pri Mora­ve was an ancient sett­le­ment and burial site (rec​.sk). The­re are gra­ves with fire pits dating back to the 6th-​7th cen­tu­ries and the 9th cen­tu­ry (wiki​pe​dia​.sk). The pre­sen­ce of the first inha­bi­tants dates back to the Neolit­hic peri­od. The first writ­ten men­ti­ons of the vil­la­ge of Zno­ys­sa are from the year 1271. In the 16th cen­tu­ry, Cro­atian colo­nists sett­led here. The Mora­va River pro­vi­ded the vil­la­ge with a sour­ce of live­li­ho­od and inco­me. His­to­ri­cal names of the vil­la­ge inc­lu­de Hochs­te­ten and Hochs­täd­ten. A sig­ni­fi­cant monu­ment is the Roman Cat­ho­lic Church of Saint Andrew the Apost­le (rec​.sk). As ear­ly as 1697, a guild of fis­her­men was estab­lis­hed here. In addi­ti­on, peop­le were enga­ged in agri­cul­tu­re, bee­ke­e­ping, and the pro­duc­ti­on of uti­li­ty items from reeds (wiki​pe​dia​.sk). In the vil­la­ge­’s cadas­tral area, the­re are natu­ral reser­ves Dol­ný les, Hor­ný les, and Roz­po­rec (rec​.sk). Bec­kov leží na Pova­ží sever­ne od Nové­ho Mes­ta nad Váhom. Nad obcou sa týči hrad. Bec­kov­ská brá­na je naj­se­ver­nej­šia časť Podu­naj­skej níži­ny. Je to niva rie­ky Váh medzi Novým Mes­tom nad Váhom a Bec­ko­vom (Infor­mač­ná tabu­ľa). Prvá písom­ná zmien­ka o obci je z roku 1208. Z lis­ti­ny Belu IV. vyplý­va, že Bec­kov bol krá­ľov­ským mes­tom od roku 1238. Bec­kov­ská brá­na je naj­se­ver­nej­šia časť Podu­naj­skej níži­ny. Je to niva rie­ky Váh medzi Novým Mes­tom nad Váhom a Bec­ko­vom (Infor­mač­ná tabu­ľa). Bol jed­ným z prvých stre­do­ve­kých miest na Pova­ží (Wiki­pe­dia). Dôle­ži­tú úlo­hu pri osíd­ľo­va­ní hra­lo povo­die Váhu, sta­rá diaľ­ko­vá ces­ta, brod pod vyčnie­va­jú­cim bra­lom, roz­siah­le pas­tvi­ny a les (obec​-bec​kov​.sk). Obja­ve­ných bolo 31 polo­zem­níc, 46 zásob­ných jám, 45 kolo­vých jám, 6 pecí (jed­na chle­bo­vá, dve žele­ziar­ske) a iné pred­me­ty. V tej­to, vte­dy ger­mán­skej osa­de, vyrá­ba­li žele­zo, kera­mi­ku, tka­li lát­ku, mle­li obi­lie, brú­si­li nástro­je. Osíd­le­nie tu pre­tr­vá­va­lo do začiat­ku 5. sto­ro­čia (Var­sik V., Hanu­liak M., Kovár B., 2004: Záchran­ný výskum v Bec­ko­ve, AVANS, Nit­ra). V ran­nom stre­do­ve­ku sa arche­olo­gic­kým výsku­mom potvr­di­la exis­ten­cia vyspe­lé­ho veľ­ko­mo­rav­ské­ho síd­lis­ka na hra­de (Kodo­ňo­vá M., Tót­ho­vá Š., 1995: Hrad Bec­kov, Pamiat­ko­vý ústav Bra­ti­sla­va, p. 28). Potvr­de­ná bola aj slo­van­ská osa­da (Točík A.: Nále­zo­vá sprá­va 731275, SAV, Nit­ra). V obci sa nachá­dza kos­tol svä­té­ho Pes­tú­na, kláš­tor Fran­tiš­ká­nov z roku 16901692, gotic­ký rímsko-​katolícky kos­tol svä­té­ho Šte­fa­na Krá­ľa z roku 1424evan­je­lic­ký kos­tol z rokov 17911792. Kaž­dý dru­hý júlo­vý víkend sa kona­jú Bec­kov­ské let­né sláv­nos­ti (Infor­mač­ná tabu­ľa). V Bec­ko­ve sa naro­di­li: spi­so­va­teľ Jozef Milo­slav Hur­ban, maliar Ladi­slav Med­ňan­ský, geológ a pale­on­to­lóg Dionýz Štúr (Wiki­pe­dia), Hugo­lín Gav­lo­vič (skon​li​ne​.sk). Ladi­slav Med­ňan­ský pat­ril k naj­výz­nam­nej­ším stre­do­európ­skym malia­rov posled­nej tre­ti­ny 19. a začiat­ku 20. sto­ro­čia (obec​-bec​kov​.sk).

It was one of the first medie­val towns in the Pova­žie regi­on (Wiki­pe­dia). The Váh River basin, an ancient long-​distance road, a ford under the pro­mi­nent bral, exten­si­ve pas­tu­res, and forests pla­y­ed a sig­ni­fi­cant role in the sett­le­ment (obec​-bec​kov​.sk). The oldest sett­le­ment in the Bec­kov ter­ri­to­ry dates back to the Pale­olit­hic peri­od (Bár­ta J., 1985: New Pale­olit­hic Sett­le­ments in the Tren­čín Dis­trict. From the Roman era (0400 AD), the­re is a sett­le­ment at Ráte. 31 pit-​houses, 46 sto­ra­ge pits, 45 post holes, 6 ovens (one bre­ad oven, two iron­wor­king ovens), and other items were dis­co­ve­red. In this, then-​Germanic sett­le­ment, they pro­du­ced iron, cera­mics, wove fab­ric, ground grain, and shar­pe­ned tools. The sett­le­ment per­sis­ted until the ear­ly 5th cen­tu­ry (Var­sik V., Hanu­liak M., Kovár B., 2004: Res­cue Rese­arch in Bec­kov, AVANS, Nit­ra). In the ear­ly Midd­le Ages, archa­e­olo­gi­cal rese­arch con­fir­med the exis­ten­ce of an advan­ced Gre­at Mora­vian sett­le­ment on the cast­le (Kodo­ňo­vá M., Tót­ho­vá Š., 1995: Bec­kov Cast­le, Monu­ment Ins­ti­tu­te Bra­ti­sla­va, p. 28). The Sla­vic sett­le­ment was also con­fir­med (Točík A.: Report 731275, SAV, Nit­ra). In the vil­la­ge, the­re is the Church of Saint Pes­tún, the Fran­cis­can Monas­te­ry from 1690 – 1692, the Got­hic Roman Cat­ho­lic Church of Saint Step­hen the King from 1424, and the Evan­ge­li­cal Church from 1791 – 1792. Bec­kov Sum­mer Fes­ti­vi­ties take pla­ce eve­ry second wee­kend in July (Infor­ma­ti­on board). Notab­le indi­vi­du­als born in Bec­kov inc­lu­de wri­ter Jozef Milo­slav Hur­ban, pain­ter Ladi­slav Med­ňan­ský, geolo­gist and pale­on­to­lo­gist Dionýz Štúr (Wiki­pe­dia), Hugo­lín Gav­lo­vič (skon​li​ne​.sk). Pra­ha je hlav­ným mes­tom Čes­kej repub­li­ky. Viac­krát som ju už nav­ští­vil, ale urči­te to zámer­ne tam ešte veľa krát pôj­dem foto­gra­fo­vať. Pra­ha je naozaj krás­na. Mes­to je zná­me svo­jím his­to­ric­kým jad­rom, kto­ré je zapí­sa­né na zoznam sve­to­vé­ho dedič­stva UNESCO. Medzi význam­né pamiat­ky pat­rí Praž­ský hrad, Kar­lov most, Sta­ro­mest­ské námes­tie s orlo­jom, chrám svä­té­ho Víta a mno­ho ďal­ších. Pra­ha je tiež domo­vom mno­hých múzeí, galé­rií a diva­diel. Okrem boha­tej his­tó­rie a archi­tek­tú­ry má Pra­ha aj živú kul­túr­nu scé­nu, moder­né obcho­dy, reštau­rá­cie a kaviar­ne. Miest­na kuchy­ňa ponú­ka tra­dič­né čes­ké jed­lá, ako sú vepřo-​knedlo-​zelo, pivo. Pra­ha je jed­ným z naj­nav­šte­vo­va­nej­ších miest stred­nej Euró­py a pred­sta­vu­je kom­bi­ná­ciu sta­ro­by­lé­ho a moder­né­ho sveta.


Pra­gue is the capi­tal city of the Czech Repub­lic. I have visi­ted it seve­ral times alre­a­dy, but I defi­ni­te­ly plan to go the­re many more times to cap­tu­re it through pho­tog­rap­hy. Pra­gue is tru­ly beau­ti­ful. The city is reno­wned for its his­to­ric core, which is insc­ri­bed on the UNESCO World Heri­ta­ge List. Pro­mi­nent land­marks inc­lu­de Pra­gue Cast­le, Char­les Brid­ge, Old Town Squ­are with the astro­no­mi­cal clock, St. Vitus Cat­hed­ral, and many others. Pra­gue is also home to nume­rous muse­ums, gal­le­ries, and the­a­ters. In addi­ti­on to its rich his­to­ry and archi­tec­tu­re, Pra­gue boasts a vib­rant cul­tu­ral sce­ne, modern shops, res­tau­rants, and cafes. The local cuisi­ne offers tra­di­ti­onal Czech dis­hes such as vepřo-​knedlo-​zelo and, of cour­se, beer. Pra­gue stands as one of the most visi­ted des­ti­na­ti­ons in Cen­tral Euro­pe, repre­sen­ting a blend of the ancient and the modern world.


Prag ist die Haupts­tadt der Tsche­chis­chen Repub­lik. Ich habe sie schon mehr­mals besucht, aber ich habe defi­ni­tiv vor, noch vie­le Male dort­hin zu gehen, um sie zu foto­gra­fie­ren. Na úze­mí Pra­hy síd­li­li v pre­his­to­ric­kej dob­re rôz­ne kme­ne, posled­né nále­zy sú dato­va­né pred 7 tisíc rok­mi. Dolo­že­né je napr. ger­mán­ske síd­lis­ko. V 6. sto­ro­čí zača­li osíd­lo­vať praž­skú kot­li­nu Slo­va­nia (wikipedia.cs). Dolo­že­né je v oblas­ti dneš­né­ho Vele­sla­ví­na. Už v roku 885 na hra­de vzni­kol prvý kos­tol. Z 10. sto­ro­čia je dolo­že­ná obchod­níc­ka osa­da v oblas­ti dneš­nej Malej Stra­ny, v roku 926 je vybu­do­va­ná rotun­da svä­té­ho Víta na hra­de. V dru­hej polo­vi­ci 10. sto­ro­čia je zalo­že­ný aj Vyšeh­rad (wiki­pe­dia.cs). Od roku 995, po vyvraž­de­ní Slav­ní­kov­cov, sa Pra­ha sta­la jedi­ným síd­lom čes­ké­ho knie­žac­tva. Uni­ver­zi­ta Kar­lo­va zača­la písať svo­ji his­tó­riu v roku 1348. V roku 1648 ku kon­cu 30-​ročnej voj­ny oblie­ha­li Pra­hu Švé­di. Mes­to bol z veľ­kej čas­ti vydran­co­va­né. V roku 1741 Pra­hu obsa­di­li francúzsko-​bavorské voj­ská. V roku 1744 Pru­si. V 80-​tych rokoch 19. sto­ro­čia sa Pra­ha roz­ší­ri­la po dlhých rokoch. Pri­po­je­ný bol Vyšeh­rad, Holešovice-​Bubny. V roku 1890 Pra­ha zasiah­la 100-​ročná povo­deň. V roku 1893 bolo asa­no­va­né his­to­ric­ké Sta­ré mes­to, naj­mä židov­ské štvr­te, Jose­fov. Začiat­kom 20. sto­ro­čia bol v zna­me­ní veľ­ké­ho tech­nic­ké­ho pokro­ku. V rokoch 19051912 bola posta­ve­ný seces­ný Obec­ný dom. V roku 1922 bolo pri­po­je­ných ku Pra­he 37 men­ších obcí, medzi nimi Vinoh­ra­dy a Smí­chov. V roku 1929 bola dobu­do­va­ná Kated­rá­la svä­té­ho Víta (wiki​pe​dia​.cz).
