Pla­vec­ký hrad sa vypí­na nad obcou Pla­vec­ké Pod­hra­die. Píše sa rok 1273. V kro­ni­ke ano­nym­né­ho notá­ra krá­ľa Bela IV. sa píše o veľ­kom vojen­skom stret­nu­tí uhor­ské­ho krá­ľa Ladi­sla­va IV. a čes­ké­ho krá­ľa Pře­mys­la Ota­ka­ra II. pod hra­dom Det­rek. Názov ​“Pla­vec­ký” má zrej­me pôvod v súvis­los­ti s Plav­ca­mi, pres­nej­šie Kumán­mi, kto­rých úlo­hou bolo pozo­ro­vať pohra­ni­čie (odkli​na​nieh​ra​dov​.sk). Hrad pre­šiel aj ruka­mi Matú­ša Čáka, Sti­bo­ra, Fug­ge­rov­cov, Pál­fi­ov­cov. Maji­teľ­mi v 15. sto­ro­čí sa sta­li gró­fi zo Svä­té­ho Jura a Pezin­ku. Tí sa pus­ti­li do roz­siah­lej pre­stav­by, vzni­kol dru­hý gotic­ký palác s veľ­ký­mi repre­zen­tač­ný­mi sie­ňa­mi a pred­hra­die. Vznik­la taj­ná chod­ba ústia­ca do malej puk­li­no­vej jas­ky­ne pod hra­dom. V 16. sto­ro­čí Fug­ge­rov­ci posil­ni­li hrad mohut­nu delo­vou baš­tou. V roku 1706 cisár­sky gene­rál Sieg­bert Heis­ter hrad od Ráko­ci­ho povs­tal­cov dobyl a ťaž­ko poško­dil (odkli​na​nieh​ra​dov​.sk).

Pla­vec­ký Hrad (Pla­vec­ký Cast­le) towers abo­ve the vil­la­ge of Pla­vec­ké Pod­hra­die. The year is 1273. In the chro­nic­le of an ano­ny­mous scri­be of King Béla IV, the­re is an account of a major mili­ta­ry encoun­ter bet­we­en the Hun­ga­rian King Ladis­laus IV and the Czech King Pře­mysl Ota­kar II bene­ath Det­rek Cast­le. The name ​“Pla­vec­ký” like­ly has its ori­gin in con­nec­ti­on with the Plav­ci, more pre­ci­se­ly the Cumans, who­se task was to obser­ve the bor­der­lands (odkli​na​nieh​ra​dov​.sk). The cast­le chan­ged hands over time, pas­sing through the owners­hip of Matúš Čák, Sti­bor, the Fug­gers, and the Pálf­fys. In the 15th cen­tu­ry, the counts of Svä­tý Jur and Pezi­nok beca­me the owners. They embar­ked on an exten­si­ve recons­truc­ti­on, giving rise to a second Got­hic pala­ce with grand repre­sen­ta­ti­ve halls and a fore­court. A sec­ret pas­sa­ge lea­ding to a small cre­vi­ce cave bene­ath the cast­le was cre­a­ted. In the 16th cen­tu­ry, the Fug­gers strengt­he­ned the cast­le with a migh­ty artil­le­ry bas­ti­on. In 1706, Impe­rial Gene­ral Sieg­bert Heis­ter cap­tu­red and hea­vi­ly dama­ged the cast­le during the Rákóc­zi upri­sing (odkli​na​nieh​ra​dov​.sk).

Tur­nian­sky hrad sa nachá­dza nad obcou Tur­ňa nad Bod­vou v Slo­ven­skom kra­se. Asi 40 km od Košíc. Tur­nian­sky hrad leží v poho­rí Revúc­ka vrcho­vi­na, v blíz­kos­ti obce Tur­ná, na výraz­nom kopci.

Leží vo výš­ke 375 met­rov nad morom. Od roku 1685 je hrad ruina vďa­ka sta­vov­ským povs­ta­niam (Wiki­pe­dia). Vzni­kol prav­de­po­dob­ne v polo­vi­ci 13. sto­ro­čia po tatár­skom vpá­de (zamky​.sk). O obno­vu tej­to hra­du sa sta­rá Občian­ske zdru­že­nie Cas­trum Thor­na. Úze­mie oko­lo hra­du pred­sta­vu­je vedec­ky význam­nú flo­ris­tic­kú a fau­nis­tic­kú loka­li­tu. Pod hra­dom sa kaž­do­roč­ne uspo­ria­da­va­jú kul­túr­no zábav­né podu­ja­tie Tur­nian­ske rytier­ske sláv­nos­ti (slo​ven​sky​-kras​.eu).

Tur­nian­sky Cast­le is loca­ted abo­ve the vil­la­ge of Tur­ňa nad Bod­vou in the Slo­vak Karst. It is app­ro­xi­ma­te­ly 40 km from Koši­ce. Tur­nian­sky Cast­le is situ­ated in the Revúc­ka High­lands, near the vil­la­ge of Tur­ná, on a pro­mi­nent hill.

It is at an alti­tu­de of 375 meters abo­ve sea level. Sin­ce 1685, the cast­le has been in ruins due to the upri­sings of the Esta­tes (Wiki­pe­dia). It like­ly ori­gi­na­ted in the mid-​13th cen­tu­ry after the Tatar inva­si­on (zamky​.sk). The res­to­ra­ti­on of this cast­le is over­se­en by the Civic Asso­cia­ti­on Cas­trum Thor­na. The area around the cast­le repre­sents a scien­ti­fi­cal­ly sig­ni­fi­cant flo­ris­tic and fau­nis­tic loca­li­ty. Bene­ath the cast­le, cul­tu­ral and enter­tai­ning events, the Tur­nian­ske Knight Fes­ti­vi­ties, are orga­ni­zed annu­al­ly (slo​ven​sky​-kras​.eu).

xA Tur­nian­sky vára Tur­ňa nad Bod­vou falu felett talál­ha­tó Szlo­vák Karszt­ban. Kb. 40 km-​re van Koši­cé­től. A Tur­nian­sky vár a Revúcka-​hegységben hely­ez­ke­dik el, a Tur­ná falu köze­lé­ben, egy kie­mel­ke­dő dombon.

A ten­gers­zint felet­ti magas­sá­ga 375 méter. 1685 óta a vára romok­ban hever az Ész­tek fel­ke­lé­se miatt (Wiki­pe­dia). Valós­zí­nűleg a tatár invá­zió után, a 13. szá­zad köze­pén kelet­ke­zett (zamky​.sk). A vár hely­re­ál­lí­tá­sát a Cas­trum Thor­na Pol­gá­ri Egy­esület felügy­eli. A vár körüli terület tudo­má­ny­o­san jelen­tős flo­risz­ti­kai és fau­nisz­ti­kai helys­zínt jelent. A vára alatt min­den évben kul­tu­rá­lis és szó­ra­koz­ta­tó ese­mé­ny­eket, a Tur­nian­ske Lova­gi Ünne­pe­ket szer­ve­zik (slo​ven​sky​-kras​.eu).
