Okrem toho je mož­no na ští­te vidieť zamre­žo­va­nú vojen­skú hel­mu, ver­ne zobra­ze­né­ho bocia­na s krkom vzpria­me­ným do výš­ky a vztý­če­ným telom, s otvo­re­ným zobá­kom, pra­vou nohou sto­ja­ci na zla­tej koru­ne a ľavou v polo­he pozo­ru sym­bo­li­zu­júc poho­to­vosť a obo­zret­nosť. Na vrcho­le hel­my sú umiest­ne­né stuž­ky a stu­hy, mod­ré a hne­dé, bie­le a čer­ve­né, na okra­ji rozs­trap­ka­né, celý štít este­tic­ky ozdo­bu­jú­ce. Všet­ko je zobra­ze­né v súla­de so základ­ný­mi prin­cíp­mi našej spoločnosti.

Muž môže ten­to erb a insíg­nie pou­ží­vať pri rôz­nych zápa­soch, spo­roch, hrách, v zaja­tí, pri due­loch, v tur­na­joch, v súbo­joch i vo voj­nách, pri všet­kých ostat­ných pod­ne­toch vojen­ské­ho ale­bo šľach­tic­ké­ho cha­rak­te­ru: na peča­tiach, na plach­tách, na vlaj­kách, na záves­ných kober­coch, na pokro­voch, na prs­te­ňoch, na zásta­vách, na medai­ló­ne, na sta­ne, na dome a na hro­be, teda pri rôz­nych pro­ce­soch a činnostiach.

Oča­ká­va­me, že ten­to erb bude nose­ný a uctie­va­ný všet­ký­mi tu meno­va­ný­mi nezá­vis­le od ich povo­la­nia, hod­nos­ti, posta­ve­nia, cti a pre­stí­že ako uctie­va­ný sym­bol sku­toč­nej a po dlhé roky váže­nej šľach­ty. Je im umož­ne­né nosiť ten­to erb na veky vekov, poží­vať jeho prá­va a tešiť sa z toho, že aj ich nasle­dov­ní­ci a potom­ci majú túto česť.

At the same time, we grant to the same Johan­nes Fasch­ko and through him to the afo­re­men­ti­oned per­sons, as well as to the­ir suc­ces­sors and heirs of both sexes, as pro­of of our gra­ce and kind­ness and at the same time as a sym­bol of true and unde­niab­le nobi­li­ty, this coat of arms: a shield rai­sed as if to fight with a backg­round on a gre­en field, on which a man tur­ned to the right is depic­ted, sym­bo­li­zing wis­dom with a hat on his head, dres­sed in clot­hing in uni­ver­sal colors, with a lon­ger beard and twis­ted mus­ta­ches, with his left hand pro­tec­ting the lower part of the robe, squ­e­e­zing a bur­ning torch down­wards in his right hand. In addi­ti­on, a mes­hed mili­ta­ry hel­met is visib­le on the shield, a faith­ful­ly depic­ted stork with its neck rai­sed to the height and its body rai­sed, with an open beak, stan­ding on a gol­den cro­wn with its right foot, sym­bo­li­zing rea­di­ness and vigi­lan­ce. Rib­bons and rib­bons, blue and bro­wn, whi­te and red, fra­y­ed at the edges, are also aest­he­ti­cal­ly deco­ra­ting the enti­re shield. Eve­ryt­hing is depic­ted in accor­dan­ce with the basic prin­cip­les of our society.

Ugy­anak­kor megad­juk ugy­anezt Johan­nes Fasch­kó­nak, és álta­la az emlí­tett sze­mé­ly­ek­nek, vala­mint az ő utó­daik­nak és örököse­ik­nek mind­két nemben, mie­lőtt a mi kegy­es­sé­günk és jósá­gunk szim­bó­lu­ma­ként hasz­nál­nák ezt a címe­rét: pajzs, mint­ha harc­ba indul­na, zöld mezőn, ame­ly­en egy jobb­ra for­du­ló ember lát­ha­tó, a bölc­ses­sé­get szim­bo­li­zál­va, kalap­ban, egy­ete­mes szí­nek­ben öltöz­ve, hoss­zú sza­kál­lal és gön­dör bajs­zok­kal, bal kéz­zel védi az alsó rés­zét, a jobb kezé­ben pedig lefe­lé irá­ny­uló égő fák­ly­át tart. Ezen­kí­vül a pajz­son lát­ha­tó egy rác­sos kato­nai sisak, egy­ene­sen álló góly­á­val, a törz­sét fel­fe­lé tar­tva és kiny­i­tott csőré­vel, jobb lábá­val ara­ny­ko­ro­nán áll­va, bal lábá­val meg­fi­gy­elő álla­pot­ban, ame­ly a kés­zült­sé­get és az óva­tos­sá­got szim­bo­li­zál­ja. A sisak tete­jén kék és bar­na, fehér és piros, szé­le­sebb sza­la­gok és sza­la­gok talál­ha­tók, szag­ga­tott szé­le­ken, ame­ly­ek az egész pajzst esz­té­ti­kai­lag dís­zí­tik. Min­den meg­je­le­nik a mi tár­sa­dal­munk ala­pel­ve­i­vel összhangban.

Továb­bá tel­jes tuda­tá­ban dön­töt­tünk és egy­etér­tünk azzal, hogy a fent emlí­tet­tek mos­tan­tól kezdve és min­dörök­ké hasz­nál­hat­ják ezt a címert és jel­vé­nyt az osztrák-​magyar kirá­ly­ság szo­ká­sai sze­rint, azo­nos tisz­te­let­tel és tisz­te­let­tel, ame­ly vonat­ko­zik a fent emlí­tett és abból ere­dő jogok­ra, kegy­el­mek­re, sza­bad­sá­gok­ra és kivált­sá­gok­ra, régi szo­ká­sok sze­rint. A fér­fi hasz­nál­hat­ja ezt a címert külön­böző küz­del­mek­ben, viták­ban, játé­kok­ban, fog­ság­ban, pár­ba­jok­ban, tor­ná­kon, har­cok­ban és min­den egy­éb kato­nai vagy nemes jel­le­gű ösz­tön­zőnél: pec­sé­te­ken, lobo­gó­kon, zász­ló­kon, füg­gős­zőny­ege­ken, kato­nai zász­ló­kon, győzel­mi jel­vé­ny­eken, gyűrűken, zász­ló­kon, érmé­ken, sát­ra­kon, háza­kon és síro­kon, tehát külön­fé­le eljá­rá­sok­ban és tevékenységekben.

Vár­juk, hogy ezt a címert min­den emlí­tett sze­mé­ly a fog­lal­ko­zá­suk­tól, rang­juk­tól, állá­suk­tól, bec­süle­tük­től és pre­sz­tíz­sük­től füg­get­le­nül hord­ja és tisz­tel­je, mint a való­di és hoss­zú éve­ken át tisz­telt neme­si szim­bó­lu­mot. Enge­dé­ly­ez­zük nekik, hogy örök­ké visel­hes­sék ezt a címert, élvez­hes­sék a jogai­kat, és örül­hes­se­nek annak, hogy az utó­daik és les­zár­ma­zot­taik is rés­ze­sül­nek ebben a tiszteletben.

Igen, min­dezt köz­zé­tess­zük min­den­ki­nek az emlí­tet­tek köz­ve­tí­té­sé­vel. Ennek iga­zo­lá­sá­ul mi, az osztrák-​magyar kirá­ly, címer­le­vél­lel biz­to­sít­juk, ame­ly­et a mi pec­sé­tünk­kel hite­le­sí­tünk, min­den oly­an kivált­sá­gos jog, kegy­elem és jóin­du­lat alap­ján, ame­ly­eket Johan­nes Fasch­kó­nak és a fent emlí­tett sze­mé­ly­ek­nek adtak és szen­tel­tek meg, aki Johan­nes Fasch­ko és az álta­la emlí­tett sze­mé­ly­ek, mos­ta­ni utó­daik és köve­tőik számára.

Ezt a kilen­ce­dik napon, a 1651. év feb­ru­ár­já­ban a mi ural­ko­dá­sunk ide­jén írtuk alá a mi hűsé­ges és tisz­te­let­tel­jes Georg Sze­lep­he­nius, nit­rói püs­pök keze által, aki ebben a régi­ó­ban fele­lős és fele­lős gróf, az osztrák-​magyar kirá­ly­ság udva­ri tanác­so­sa, az oszt­rá­kors­zá­gi Udva­ri Kan­cel­lá­ria kancellárja.

Tisz­te­let­tel­jes kös­zöne­tün­ket fejez­zük ki Krisz­tus­ban a magasz­tos és tisz­te­let­re­mél­tó urak­nak, Georg Lip­pay úrnak Lom­bar­diá­ból, az Ari­go­le­na egy­há­zi tar­to­má­ny­ból, Johann The­leg­dym úrnak a Bachien és Cae­cen keresz­té­ny egy­sé­ges egy­há­zá­ból, a szék­he­lyi püs­pök­nek, a már emlí­tett Georg Sze­lep­he­nius­nak, az Nit­rai püs­pök­nek … (foly­ta­tó­dik a hoss­zú lis­ta) és min­da­zok­nak, akik részt vesz­nek az osztrák-​magyar kirá­ly­ság gróf­sá­gai­nak irányításában.
